We have stayed here 3 times now and the welcome we recieve is always friendly. Anne and Andrew go out of thier way to help you, nothing is too much trouble. They have 2 guest rooms and the room we stay in is a good sized room with everything you need, breakfast is served in their kitchen and they will cater for any dietary needs. Keep up the good work guys!

Thank you Ann and Andrew. Your welcome was warm and friendly- and a delicious breakfast. Only slight difficulty was the shower in the smaller room- it tended to soak the entire bathroom floor- and no mirror in the bedroom. But somehow it didn't matter for one night and I slept very well.
Will certainly stay again if in the area.

Thanks for these two positive reviews. I aim to provide a warm welcome., good breakfast and comfortable stay. Thanks for alerting us to the 2 issues with the front guest room - long mirror now installed and better drying equipment for the en suite wet room - Anne Rushton

A very friendly welcome, and everything done to make the stay a good one. Exceptional value, and a very comfortable bed. Nicely-cooked breakfast, and all facilities kept in good order.||||The house is s little way from the centre, but all help offered to get there and back.||||The only suggestion I would make would be to provide a little more storage for clothing - a few wall-hooks and coat hangers would suffice.

Stayed here mid June as visiting family in the area. I was made to feel very welcome and could come and go as I pleased. Both the room and breakfasts were superb, I highly recommend it and will have no hesitation staying there again. Once again, thank you. Roy Cooke

Anne and Andrew are great hosts and make you feel at home. Through personal circumstances i have stayed with them on several occassions and they have been so accommodating to me and i couldnt thank them enough.
