Lovely hotel, the interior was stunning. The rooms felt new and like they had recently been renovated, with a new carpet smell. The room I stayed in was beautiful, bed super comfy. The facilities were great- sauna and pool were lovely and the gym looked great although I didn’t get chance to use it this stay. Food was decent, nice breakfast really enjoyed the selection of fresh fruit. Only thing was my room was by the elevators and it was a bit noisy- I’d stay away from the lifts if staying again.

To start off, I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and absolutely loved it. Myself and a friend came for an overnight stay on the 1st February and it didn’t live up to previous experience. Despite being in a lovely room, the temperature was unbearable and none of the settings seemed to cool the room down. The shower wasn’t totally clean either, with a load of hairs on the floor. I had to wear my sliders just to step into the shower. Moving on, we then had a terrible experience at the bar. We ordered a Strawberry Daiquiri, A French Martini and two diet cokes, paid for them by card and stood at the bar until we poured the cokes, whilst the barman moved on to serve someone else. When we got sitting down at the table, the barman and the server started to point from across the bar, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Later on, I went up to the bar to order more drinks and the barman didn’t even ask for our order, instead told me “You didn’t pay for your drinks.” And he pointed to my friend at the table . I said that we had paid I quoted our order. The barman AGAIN, told me we didn’t pay and printed out a receipt of someone else’s drinks to show me. I told him these weren’t our drinks and had to argue with him. Upon realising we had paid, he didn’t even apologise, he threw the receipt away and said “Okay, what do you want?” Very disappointed by this whole interaction and this accusation is not something we took lightly. Hesitant to come back after this.

Loved the Spa very relaxing and tranquil. Loved the Dinner, great menu, attentive and friendly staff. Loved the Breakfast, great quality buffet. Loved the Room, great views of the golf course and massive TV. Booked again for March. Might even bring the golf clubs next time...

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Templepatrick, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel is set in a beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, which made for a peaceful retreat. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.

The suite was spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds and modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and I enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning with a variety of options to choose from.

The facilities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, were great additions to my stay. The hotel’s proximity to local attractions made it an ideal base for exploring the area. Overall, I highly recommend Hilton Templepatrick for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I look forward to visiting again!"

Always like this Hotel as a Hilton and then as DoubleTree. We have stayed here on most visits to Belfast over the years. Why? The amenities, the good food, nice rooms and the very friendly staff.|This time we were party of thirteen including 5 children and one teenager. Everyone absolutely loved their time there. The pool for the adults and younger children and the driving range for the teenager. ||We had an excellent meal in the Dormy Restaurant. Food was excellent and service was perfect. Breakfast is superb. Not a single complaint from anyone and they all loved the redecorated rooms and corridors. ||A good hotel has become a great hotel, one of my son in-laws does business in Belfast and often stays in city and he said “I will stay here in future”.

Absolutely delicious, honestly can't fault this place. A new favourite of mine. Staff all at hand, only fault can't tip on card machine. Unfair to there hardworking staff..

Me and my partner stayed at the Kingfisher last night for my Birthday. The hotel was brilliant, food was amazing, staff were friendly… however, a large family group who were staying ruined our trip. We seemed to have gotten the room between the families they were on either side of us and in the rooms across. They were disruptive, loud, rude and aggressive towards each other. The kids were running between room to room shouting and screaming, playing music at 11 pm. We made our first call to reception at 11 and they were to speak to the family. I am 22 weeks pregnant so a relaxing night away was what I needed. I was then woken up again at 1.30am by the kids still awake screaming running around, the parents had no control over their kids whatsoever they were intoxicated. I then was woken up again at 3am to the same racket and confrontation in the corridor outside our room to which then I rang reception for the second time to let them know. To my knowledge they were there to celebrate a 40th birthday. Even at dinner the kids were running loose around the restaurant causing disruption. We are not the only couple affected by their behaviour.

Went for lunch in the Dormy restaurant today with a friend. The menu is quite extensive with 5 vegetarian options which was great to see. |I had the chicken goujons which were huge and such a big portion. My friend had the veggie burger which she said was delicious. |I must say the service was excellent. Everyone who looked after us was a “young one” and they were the most helpful, happy and attentive bunch. |Will definitely be back
