I found literally not 1 thing wrong and I'm a picky person at the best of times . The place smelled amazing the place was spotless as In private hospital clean . Booked my missus a maternity massage and they delivered in buckets .the staff are amazing the place is so calm I almost fell asleep in the waiting room . And it doesn't cost a small fortune for their treatments I was amazed at the place and parked right beside it for free big car park stunning place amazing atmosphere and truly worth the money and worth a trip. Fantastic value for fantastic place that looks and feels like it's a private resort location

Had the most gorgeous spa day with the girls at Zen this weekend 💕 the staff went above and beyond to make our day relaxing and enjoyable, even providing us with a beautiful relaxation room to chill in afterwards. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again, thank you ♥️

I enjoy zen day spa and come often enough as a little treat. I have noticed on my last three times however that I am paying for a full one hour treatment, but I am only getting 45minutes. The last time I said nothing however I have just attended tonight and I wasn’t called until 5 mins after my time slot (which is fine) but then the lady had finished 10-15 minutes before I was due to finish. I do find this frustrating as I am paying full price for a service that I am not receiving. Nothing against staff everyone is very friendly, however regarding cutting the treatment sessions short, it’s maybe something that needs reviewing by management. If I pay for a full hour I do fully expect to receive it - otherwise don’t charge full price please.

Absolutely amazing full body massage at Zen Day Spa, Newry!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a full body massage at Zen Day Spa in Newry, and I can't say enough good things about it. The spa itself is a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city, and the moment I stepped inside, I felt all my stress melt away.

My massage therapist, Megan, was incredibly professional and skilled. She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailor the massage to my specific needs. I was particularly impressed with her ability to unknot tension in my shoulders and neck, which had been bothering me for weeks.

The massage itself was pure bliss. Megan used a combination of techniques, including Swedish massage and deep tissue work, to leave me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I could feel the tension leaving my muscles with every stroke, and by the end of the session, I felt like a new person.

In addition to the excellent massage, I was also impressed by the spa's facilities. The treatment room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The ambient lighting and soft music added to the overall sense of relaxation.

If you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing massage experience in Newry, I highly recommend Zen Day Spa. I can't wait to go back for another treatment soon!

After a long break from having a massage, I had a full body massage a week ago. It was great and made me realise how important it is to do this regularly. Shannon was very thorough and found all the knots. It's just such a lovely place to go to for this sort of treatment and I recommend it highly.

Absolutely atrocious behaviour by this establishment. I was gifted an 150.00 voucher with no expiry date printed anywhere on the voucher. The company would not accept my voucher and therefore took 150.00 pounds without providing any service. Be very careful- I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I was informed that the expiry date is now 6 months!!! As a pregnant mother it is a ridiculous time frame, and seems to suit the company so they can keep the money without providing any service- especially given the fact they do not highlight this anywhere on the voucher- probably because nobody would buy it!
