Booked on line and all requests were carried out. We had one of the disabled friendly rooms which was great and not far from reception or the front entrance. Unfortunately there’s only two disabled parking spots at the front and we had to park in the main carpark at the rear which was a bit far away with having mobility problems. The room had no electric sockets beside the bed, required for medical equipment, but an extension lead was supplied on request. Lovely clean room and hotel well kept throughout. The pool was great although a wider choice of treatments in the spa would have been nice.Realize works going on but dinner was limited to the Coach House restaurant, a bit repetitive when used all the time. Breakfast was lovely, good selection., lovely room.We had the best time on our stay and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone. It’s in a great position for touring around the North Coast and set in beautiful grounds.

What a wonderful stay in every aspect. Service, Food, Facilities & cleanliness where excellent. Its truly a Joy to find a location that has held onto their Traditional character & local friendly personalities in the teams working at the properties. Have experience this on quiet a number of occasion in Derry now. It is vital that our hotels on this Island maintain this most important talent, representing the true identity of the nations hospitality.

Stayed for 1 night as part of a weekend away for my wife’s 40th. Overall the experience was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially Sharon on reception who couldn’t have been more helpful with our room issue and moved us within 5 minutes.|Disappointing that some of the top suite rooms are located just above the bar y there was live music being played on the night we stayed. Wouldn’t expect to pay £400 for room/dinner and breakfast and be listening to music till midnight through the floor.|Spa was nice but as others have said expensive. The food was average and no better and the selection for the dinner package wasn’t the greatest.|Overall probably 3.5 and I wouldn’t rush back at present.

We have enjoyed stays at the Roe Park many times over the years. But I think our stay over the St Patricks weekend will be our last.|What once was a lovely hotel, now looks incredibly tired and is ruined by it's awful service. |Our room itself was lovely but the corridors are in need of care and attention. |We went to the pool on Saturday afternoon where a large extended family of young teenagers were there with their parents. No staff from the hotel check the facilities are being used appropriately which allows families like this to let their children break all the rules displayed. They bombed into the jacuzzi while we were sitting in it, they constantly ran in and out from the steam room and sauna allowing the heat to leave. I have no problem with children having fun, but when they have zero respect for others using the facilities I feel the hotel should keep better supervision. |We went to the restaurant were both my husband and myself got the wrong meals. Our food was taken away and we had to wait for our ordered meals to be brought out. In the mean time, as we were hungry, we had eaten our sides, meaning by the time our food finally arrived, we couldn't fully enjoy it. We noticed the table next to us also had to send their food back as it too was wrong.|When paying, the supervisor printed the bill and slid it across the bar and just reached out the card machine waiting for us to pay. He never spoke to us, not to even ask how our meals were.|At the bar, the young fella lifting glasses, came over to our table multiple times and just said "pass me your glass". No please or thank you. Basic lack of manners from your staff is the final nail in the coffin. |At breakfast, the hot food was swimming in oil. My husband asked for poached eggs which took forever to come out and when they finally did, he could have bounced them off the floor. The cereals were empty, bread for toast empty and fruit very sparse. We asked for a banana as there were none out, we eventually gave up waiting and just left.|The massive price hikes recently are another major put off as are the circus plans in place for the hotel. |If the Galgorm group want the Roe Park to be a success they need a major overhaul of their staff and teach them basic manners.

Had a really great stay during March. The room was lovely with terrific views over the golf course. As a bonus, we were given the room very early , which really added to our stay, it almost felt like an extra day! The bathroom was well prepared but it would benefit from an update. The mixture of wallpaper and silicon sealant was less than perfect.
Our arrival was slightly marred with the lack of anyone at reception. My wife stood for some time until she eventually sat down with me. During that time voices could be heard from the office. Is there not cctv to see people at the counter? When someone eventually arrived, we were treated very well. When we used the restaurant, the food was lovely and fairly priced. When we asked we were given a great window seat, although this can't be requested when booking through reception. Why?
In a similar vein, on our second night at the restaurant when we tried to record our meal at the entry desk we were re-directed to the bar. The bar person was busy preparing a tray of drinks, no problem. When they took it to their customers, we expected their return to accept our payment. This didn't happen as the bar person went on to someone else. We stood for some time, until another staff member came and served us.
Little things like this spoilt an otherwise perfect stay.
