Best sandwich shop in the area. Well recommended for lunch, there is usually a queue but it moves very quickly. Good prices, generous fillings, friendly service. Also used their catering service for work meetings and that is excellent too!

The shop and staff are absolutely kind but i had food poisoning from the chicken mayo panini. I know this because i didn’t eat all day until that sandwich shop. It was not a good impression on my first visit let’s just hope i can be lucky with something that doesn’t make me ill.
Overall it would have to be 1 star regardless of how i was treated or spoken to. The food itself is getting this review

*Halal and Vegetarian*
Cross contamination is very bad, my review is only based on that. I didn’t see it upon my first visit, but on the 2nd i saw them cut into each panini with the same knife. Food itself isn’t bad, but just leaving this for people with dietary requirements

I recently had the pleasure of eating from Bon Bon Birmingham, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The chicken panini I ordered was absolutely delicious, and the service was incredibly fast. I was particularly impressed by the manager, Alex, who was not only polite but also very attentive to our needs. The overall dining experience was top-notch, and I can't wait to return for another mouthwatering panini. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic place, run by very friendly bunch of guys. The service is great and speedy. Food is always fresh, tasty and good portions at very decent prices. Good variety offered. A gem to find, you won't ever go back to a different cafe! Thank you 😁

Plenty of halal options (chicken is halal) and paninis etc are amazing. Very busy shop but they run it like a well oiled machine.

Staff are always very helpful and pleasant. Jon (the owner) and the staff will go the extra mile for you if you want something made to your liking. This is my go to sandwich shop in the city and has been for a good few years. Everything made fresh, the prices are very good and the sandwiches and jacket potatoes are filled how they should be!!
