Been here now about 3/4 times, has always been very welcoming and clean! Their decor is very stunning and kids friendly also as they’ve got a little games sections with tablets for children. Always had a friendly/ welcoming greeting from staff and made to feel comfortable. Have only tried a few things from their menu but all so far have definitely been very good and their prices are very affordable/reasonable. On our last visit we’d witnessed such a kind gesture from one of the staff as a young boy was ordering food but didn’t have enough to cover and they gave him he’s order in the house which not a lot of places would do at all. I’ll definitely recommend visiting and if your a smoothie fan their tropical bliss is amazing🤩

I had flamin chicken burger with chicken tenders and signature fries munch box burger was nice crispy freshly chicken nice mayo salad tenders crispy done spicy. fries were okay places nice and clean eating can't fault service waited patiently for the food also got three kids tablets for kids to play on hopefully get a branch on Ladypool road sparkhill paying for quality burger then this places for you no negativity from me definitely recommend the place to my friend's who are smash burger lovers

Tried the place for the first time. Ordered period peri chicken wings, lemon and herb
& chicken and rice peri peri flavour. Wings were ok nothing special. Chicken and rice was ok and flavoursome. They are other places which do this item much better.

If you like fried chicken and flavoured this is place for you not place for people who prefer grilled chicken..

I recently visited and had an amazing experience! Their smash burgers were absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked with a crispy juicy flavour . The shakes were equally impressive, creamy and packed with flavor. The service was top-notch too; the staff was friendly especially saad , attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving a great burger and a fantastic milkshake!

This new eatery opened a few weeks ago in my neighbourhood of AG, and I was eager to give it a try since it resembled “You Want Beef” just a few doors down on the same side of AG High Street.

This review reflects my personal experience. Upon entering, I found the place to be clean and quiet, with only a handful of customers inside.

The staff member who served me was friendly and polite, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.

I ordered my meal and specifically asked the server, who was also preparing the food, to avoid using mayonnaise due to my slight allergy.

He assured me that the sauce contained no mayonnaise, but I pointed out that it was a key ingredient.

After about ten minutes, my food arrived, and I was disappointed to find that the fries were not real fries but rather low-quality potato fries lacking flavor.

However, I was more focused on the burger. I ordered a chicken zinger burger meal, but what I received was a dry, seemingly overcooked burger slathered in mayonnaise type sauce, which was frustrating.

Not wanting to create a scene, I scraped off the mayonnaise and continued eating, but the burger was messy, poorly presented, and tasteless.

I believe this place has potential to improve over time, but they need experienced staff who understand British food hygiene and allergies, as the young overseas staff seem to lack this knowledge.

If nothing else is available, this place might suffice to satisfy your hunger, but I wouldn’t recommend it as a go-to option unless you’re in a pinch.

First visit ever! Tried the wings (lemon and herb mixed in buffalo sauce - not on the menu) 10/10! Excellent service and beautifully clean restaurant (which is important to me)! Even the toilet was spotless! Definitely recommend!

Lovely staff and great food! At a very reasonable price, also our little one enjoyed the child's corner with the ipads. Would deffinatly recommend and we will be back!

An excellent set up in a great location. I have been a regular customer since you opened and have found the customer service and product quality to be consistently of a high standard. The staff are always polite and the shop is always clean regardless of how busy the staff are. Out of all the dessert and food shops I’ve tried this has to be the best by far! The desserts are always fresh, there is a variety of shakes to choose from and the burgers are mouth watering …..Yummy Desserts ,delicious burgers and customer service is also amazing. Highly recommended for everyone
