this was an amazing stay, the staff were so kind and had left a lovely welcome note and biscuits in my room on arrival. it was a lovely gesture. the room was spotlessly clean and spacious. i am planning to return in the warmer months to be able to enjoy the beach.

Love staying at this Premier Inn. The staff are wonderful and go over and above everytime. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms immaculately clean, a great welcome and such a comfy bed.|Breakfast next door in the morning where we were served by Wendy and Tash. They did a great job looking after a room packed full of guests. |Anita, Sarah, Mandy ,Helen, Denise and Tasha... thank you so much for looking after us. We shall return soon!

Fabulous staff, nothing too much trouble. Rooms exceptionally clean. Food and service great. Just the whole place could do with refurbishing. No money obviously been spent on it in the last 10 years.
Great as a base for meeting someone for the first time or business trips, but if I'd been wanting a romantic weekend I would have been disappointed in how tired it was.

The room as requested was on the ground floor. We had an accessible room as per our request even though one didn’t come up on the booking a phone call confirmed there was one available.||||Check in smooth we did wait a few minutes but the member of staff quickly checked us in. There was no mention of whether I needed two keys which would have been helpful as you need a key if you go outside after 11 and you need one in the room for the electric.||||Accessible room was a bit odd. The bed was low as required about 45cm high, that is always a problem for my husband with major hip problems. But it is a requirement for low beds in accessible rooms. The toilet was slightly higher or at least felt it as it doesn’t sink when you sit on it like a bed. But only one handle to help you up. What was odd was there was a bath with a shower over it. which was impossible to use as a disabled person.||||The rooms have no air on which wasn’t a problem as the nights are getting cooler. So open windows worked and the provided fan wasn’t required. Even though we were on the ground floor it felt secure as the windows can only be opened a small amount. It does mean that you get the road noise (we were at the front of the hotel). We did get a good nights sleep but were woken up early by the building noise next door followed by the bin wagon reversing.||||We arrived back at our room at 10.45 after meeting friends. I wanted to get a drink (no alcoholic) the bar was closed and the only other source was a machine that needed cash only. We scrambled round and found the required £2.50 for a Diet Coke.||||So all in all a basic hotel that would have been comfortable if it wasn't for the disability issues my husband has that are not catered for.||

Helpful receptionist, I had booked the wrong night, but she transferred the booking with no issues. Room was standard Premier Inn, clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. The location was good if you want to go to Bognor Regis about a 5 minute drive.

Stayed here last night and can honestly say this is the best Premier Inn I have ever stayed in! Arrived after a late finish for work and the staff accommodated us for dinner at the last minute, which was very tasty too! Bar staff and reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were great too.
Room was clean and comfortable for a night's stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again!!

Staff were very efficient and friendly. Room’s really need refurbishing. Chef & Brewer attached to hotel was very disappointing. Went down on the Sunday evening about 6 pm to find only 4 items still available on the menu. The following morning having pre booked a cooked breakfast to be informed they had run out of several items, the waitress told us if we were there for breakfast on the Sunday morning there were no eggs. Whoever was managing the Chef & Brewer should be ashamed.

Returned to stay at this hotel for work reasons having come here a few months ago with my family.
Once again, had a really lovely stay. Immaculate room and the staff were so helpful again.
Will always come back to Bognor Premier Inn in the future.
