Came to stay for a week as visiting family. The room was lovely and big for our family of 4 nice and quiet at night, breakfast was good great selection of items, the only thing I would suggest when staying in family rooms family’s staying for a long period of time would be to have a mini fridge in the room so we can store milk and bits for the baby and also a much bigger bin as both our kids are in nappies still and the bins in the room were definitely not big enough for disposal of these so we needed to ask for a bin bag, the only problem there was the kids wanting to mess about with it as it wasn’t hidden/closed away and when we got our room refresh the house keepers didn’t take it and replace with new bag so by the end of our stay we requested for it to be taken and for a new one to be replaced as it wasn’t very nice to have the smell in our room.

We have had a lovely experience at the premier inn solihull town centre hotel. The staff was really welcoming when we turned up, the room was lovely and clean my little one loved it and her favourite part was the purple lights, the staff was so friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant if you have the chance have some food there it's lovely my little one loved the breakfast. I have to say we have had a wonderful time and we can't wait to come back.

I love the Premier Inn brand, you know what your gonna get, clean, comfortable quiet etc etc BUT this hotel is Hilton standard, in fact probably better than the past 3 or 4 Hilton's I've stayed at. It really was exceptional, just some silly things like to rainfall shower and ID labels on the breakfast utensil equipment made all the difference. I commented to a friend that I think I have stayed at 50+ Prem Inn's but this is quite possibly the best of the lot. |I will look forward to re-booking this hotel.

Wonderful location and lovely clean really modern premier inn ! Gorgeous new carpets , bathroom and bed and all brand new interior ! |Had room 103 family room as visiting family annual trip was brilliant , perfect breakfast was up early as back on the road Sunday for trip back home. Travelled with our 2 little boys and it was excellent staff lovely too. |Parked on the nearby lode lane was cheap for overnight , |Central hotel easy walk into Solihull and near John Lewis and touchwood centre ! Perfect

Stayed here for one night-I think it has had an upgrade, as it smelled of carpet 😉||Nice rooms, good bathroom (dig the single PTI purple LED light!). Bed was very comfy with USB charging points etc.||Just round the corner is a Wetherspoons, Chinese,Indian, Dominoes,KFC so you won’t go hungry! Breakfast was decent as well.||Bit of feedback for the place-lose the purple felt covered coat hangers,they are a nightmare to get anything over!||Id definitely go back if in Solihull and you’re only about 5 miles from the airport and NEC.

The last time I visited, it wasnt great, the staff was rude and unhelpfull. However, what a turn around and well done team. It is clean, feels fresh, and welcoming, I was served by Kayleigh on Friday evening who was outstanding in relation to customer service, this followed by a visit to the bar on Saturday where the barman was outstanding - thank you and sorry for not knowing your name.

Stayed here when attending a training course with Serco. Very comfortable, nice and clean. Looked recently refurbished. Bathroom was lovely with a great shower. Would stay again. ||Parking in the multistorey carpark is expensive and can only be done for upto 24hrs at a time.

Modern facilities in the rooms were visually really nice. The shower was good. The heating was poor though, and bearly worked, which is surprising for such a modern building. We stayed when it was 2 degrees outside and even with the temperature turned up to maximum it was cool in the room, which isn't what you need at that time of the year.
