Lovely hosts, swapped out rooms on arrival. In fact they messaged us ahead as we’d booked a 3 person room - it was a 2 adult, 1 child room and we were 3 adults. ||Simple breakfast of cereal offered but nearby weatherspoons offered a cheap|Cooked option. ||Fantastic location - near Solihull station ||Only parking for a couple of cars but near by multi story was reasonable.

Me and my colleague was very much impressed with this BnB. Great friendly hosts. Very clean and tidy rooms. I had the twin room at the front of the property and I was extremely happy. My bed was comfortable, best nights sleep in a while. Plus i always take my own pillow but the ones supplied were good. Ok they don't do a cooked breakfast but you can help yourself to tea, coffee, toast etc. Like being home from home, lovely. I would definitely recommend and go back again. The room was lovely although leaving the window ajar on a street-facing room makes a noisy option.
The landlady was rude about a couple of other guests which made me uncomfortable.
Finally, there was no flexibility on departure time and the interruption when I started to ask left me with a bad impression.
I'm so sorry to leave a less than good review as the location was ideal and the bed was comfortable.

I had the pleasure of staying here with my husband for 10 lovely weeks due to work being carried out on our home.||The owner Theresa was lovely and welcoming from the get go. She was kind and helpful throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeper Karen was very attentive and ensured that the whole B&B was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. All staff on site were friendly and knowledgeable of the area.||Parking was not an issue for ourselves.||Breakfast was perfect for us as we were not tied to strict times like some B&B's and the choice was plentiful considering that Solihull was a stones throw away which also offered a larger choices of breakfasts/brunch. Theresa was very informative of the local hotspots for good food and takeaway leaflets were displayed in communal areas. We noted that this was particularly useful for guests that were not familiar with solihull and the surrounding areas.||Anything required during our stay was provided for us and this was particularly useful as my husband has a disability which limits his mobility on some days.||Barney the dog was another charming addition the to B&B, greeting each guest who came to stay.||The communal area meant that we were able to mingle with other guests and this created a homely environment filled with laughter and good times. We were very glad to be stopping in such a lovely setting for 10 weeks and will be highly recommending anyone who requires accomodation - long term or short - to Station Approach and I shall be dropping by whenever I am in the area to see how Theresa, Karen and Barney all are.||If you are looking for a genuinely homely B&B with a fanatastically central location to Solihull, look no further.||Thank you both for accomodating us during our stay, it was the best B&B we have both ever stopped in. We will have fond memories of our times stopping with yourselves.

A great B and B located close to rail and bus station,ideal for Solihull centre and the NEC plus central Birmingham. Far better than Ibis,Travelodge or Holiday Inn. Friendly staff feels like you are at home. Self service kitchen open 24 hours for tea and coffee with a wide range of breakfast buffet items cold food and drinks. Plentiful.|Very clean and well kept.|Due to flight and airport delays I arrived 3 hours late, beyond midnight but kept in contact and received a warm welcome.|Highly recommended.

Me and a work colleague stayed here for a few weeks, it’s absolutely brilliant! Clean friendly and very well priced, we stayed in the cabins in the back garden, very good sized rooms with everything you could ever need. Theresa is great also and serves a lovely breakfast. Thank you and I’m sure il be back when I’m in the area.

I would definitely recommend Station Approach. It wasn't just a hotel. It was HOME. I was there with my wife and baby, booked the hotel for a couple of days. I was literally running out of cash. Unfortunately I had to stay for another day until I found my accommodation. It was Madam Teresa who cared for me and my family. She allowed me to stay for another day without any charge. That help was priceless for man like me who had to experience the worst in life with a family. I'm so grateful to her. It was surprising to see a human with such a good heart. I've just only heard about MOTHER TERESA, but I've seen her attitudes in MADAM TERESA. ♥️ We loved everything about the hotel. Such a nice place to chill out.. especially Barnee 🐶, my little friend. I'm pretty sure you'll love everything about it. Just visit to have a peaceful holiday.

The property is a short walk to the town centre which has a good variety of bars and restaurants. Parking was included, which was a bonus, though is available on a first come first serve basis. ||Due to the close proximity of the town centre, I chose not to eat breakfast at the B&B.||Although I had requested a double or twin bed, I was given two single beds, which would have taken quite an effort to move closer together. The room itself was warm and comfortable. ||The shower in the bathroom was hot, though appeared dated and in need of modernising.
