Nice place BUT the caged birds in the kitchen that are allowed to fly " free" is so unhygienic, ( hence 1*).I wouldn't stay there again. I did feel poorly when I got home after eating , what was a good breakfast. And to say there is plenty of onsite parking is a joke, you have to double park, and if you are not up before someone that is parked behind you, they are stuffed.....
Good location, But it's the blooming birds that are disgusting..I had the misfortune to see into the kitchen, A definite health risk.

Arrived Saturday afternoon and Linda greeted us at the door a lovely lady showed us to our room which was upstairs we had the room at the back of the house over looking a lovely garden with a big window. The room has everything you need for a short stay and is very clean you even get 2 bottles of water and a small bottle of milk in the fridge which is a nice touch for your tea or coffee not that powder stuff and to chocolate biscuits as well and if you need anything you only have to ask Linda and she is happy to help . We didn't have a full English breakfast as we don't eat it so just had Cereals and toast coffee and tea Linda dose ask you the night before if you would like a full breakfast . I would recommend this lovely B&B well worth the money . |The house is on a very busy road but there is private parking but I must say we never heard a thing

Stayed for 3 nights with Linda and I have to say she is the most loveliest lady I've met and awesome to have a laugh with. It's not like a guest house it's more like a 2nd home she's very welcoming and can't do enough for you. Bed was very comfy rooms are spotless. Beautiful meals. Just very accommodating to your needs. Already booked in again ready for next trip over here. Highly recommended

Linda runs a absolutely superb guest house - from a beautilully clean room with a very comfy bed to a superb breakfast. Linda is a great hostess nothing was too much trouble and there was even fresh eggs from her chickens for breakfast,we will definetly be back FOUR IN A BED EAT YOUR HEART OUT .

Ideally placed for Birmingham airport, Linda gave us a warm welcome and went out of her way to help us get our holiday off to a great start. Our room was quiet, clean and very, very comfortable with everything we needed, would have have been more than happy to stay for longer than one night Linda was happy to provide a full breakfast for us at 5am, but we were happy with cereal & toast. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Linda's B&B, we hope to stay again. Thank you Linda.

Where can I start? Clean, lovely, friendly owner and the best sleep ever in a B&B. I stayed for a week in May 2016 and can honestly say it was like home from home. Breakfast was yum and it was lovely in the evenings to sit out in Linda's garden with the rabbits and chickens around you. ||||I stayed in the double room at the back and it was so comfy I barely wanted to get up! It is close to shops, a pub and takeaways but also just a bus ride to Birmingham. ||||Linda was so kind, friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. I felt like I was staying with a friend. She is such a laugh but knows when it's time to give you some space. Perfect landlady. ||||100% recommended.

This place is heaven for a solo traveler who needs to find affordable accommodation near the airport with a world class host. Linda treated me like a royalty and has the best advise and great connections. The bed was fantastic and the service even better, slept like a king and had breakfast like a prince. If I visit Birmingham again this will be my very first stop! Went home completely gobsmacked...absolutely loved every second of it!

This is not a guest house or B & B.... It is like going home to Mum's... Linda is certainly the best , friendliest and funniest " landlady" we have ever stayed with.. We arrived as strangers , and left as good friends.. definitely will stay again , and again. Thank you Linda
