I really enjoyed staying here, staff were super helpful and friendly and they helped me as soon as i had any issues. the room was amazing and i love the way the hot tub was secluded.

The only downside is the area which is no fault of theirs, and even then it's a quick and easy walk to the bullring and coach station and generally the location doesn't affect the stay other than a bit of noise sometimes in the night.

i'd definitely stay here again and other reviews i've seen that are negative seem to be people not reading the rooms they're booking or the T&Cs which are very clear, thank you for the amazing stay!

If I could give this place a zero stars trust me I would. I booked this place last minute and looking at the pictures it looked nice and spacious. Upon arrival you have to pick the key up from the convenience store and give the young guy a password. A bit strange if you asked me and not professional at all. The surrounding area was completely run down. I honestly didn’t feel safe staying there. Any how I’ve got into the building where it hasn’t even been finished properly decor going up the stairs was just appalling (wish I took pictures) there was no hand rail on either side of the stairs.
When trying to put the code into the door handle it kept saying it was incorrect how embarrassing. The guy from the shop had to come and help us which again in my opinion it should be the person who we did the booking through not some young lad who’s running the shop!!

Any how I literally stayed there for what 30 mins and just didn’t feel safe, the room was claustrophobic the bathroom didn’t have a door just a sliding door with no lock. The bed had the smallest and thinnest duvet and the room was cold even with the heating on. I just couldn’t stay there.

I told them how I have left and I didn’t even get an apology, she just said how it was out of her control. And didn’t even offer to give any refund not even a partial refund. What crooks wouldn’t be surprised if it was being run on drugs because that’s what it looks like, what a nice way to wash there money. Just wish I had read the reviews before.

Stayed at the property recently and it’s an absolute dive. Arrived at the property picked the key up from the convenience store next to the property and was greeted at the front door to rubbish everywhere just piled up next to the door. I get to the room after walking up an unfinished set of stairs that was like something out of a third world country, I enter the room which actually isn’t too bad for a complete bodge job, the tradesmen who completed the work must have been on a bender for the duration of the work. I go out to the hot tub area to have a look at the hot tub but when I lifted off the cover the water was dirty and cloudy and what looked like fake tan/dirt around the whole of the hot tub, it was disgraceful. I contacted mynites on booking.com who was actually very helpful and apologetic and told me the cleaner is going to come and empty the hot tub clean it and refill it. We got moved to another room with no bathroom which was also unfinished room while we waited for the cleaner to finish but by 19:30 he was still there and we went out for dinner. Around 21:30 I received messages from the host passive aggressively asking where we were and when we planned on returning as the cleaner had apparently just finished. We arrived back to the room around 23:00 to attempt to use the hot tub which we did for about 30 second before realising the water is that hot it burn your skin as it had been set to what felt like 50 degrees. I have tried to contact the property about reimbursement or a partial refund for not being able to use the hot tub but just as I suspected there is no reply after 2 messages about the issue. All in all a terrible stay and I would really give this place a miss.

Me and my partner stayed here during valentines weekend, the place is easy to find and conveniently located next to a little store with great snacks you wouldn’t find in a big chain supermarket.
The staff was extremely accommodating and even helped us organise early check in so that we could make the best use of our time there. The lady we liaised with, Farina, was lovely and very friendly.
The price point was fantastic for the standards of the room and amenities, we had a private hot tub which wasn’t restricted on time/use and a private kitchenette where everything was super clean and well kept.
Location is also very quiet and convenient as it’s about a 10 minute walk from the Bullring shopping centre.
Would definitely recommend and would also come back again!

I would NEVER stay here again, the area is a run down dump and the price of the room is no where near justified, location should be taken into consideration and this place is highly over priced and looks way better in pictures, you don’t feel safe as the front door has no auto lock on it, it is left to guests to lock after themselves with a key, when I went down at 1am the door was still unlocked giving anyone access all the way upto my room, for the area this was concerning, the host farena has 0 customer service skills and does nothing to help, I was really unhappy with check in between 4-5pm and checkout at 10am as the room is quite costly and I didn’t think you could enjoy the facilities with such short timing but she was just very rude and unhelpful, she just batted me back to booking.com who then contacted her for a mutual cancellation but she declined, I showed her a screenshot that the timing was not displayed on my side but the only alternative she offered me was to pay extra £10 per hour for both check in and out, she did nothing for customer satisfaction, all about money even though I was paying £220+ already, I had an awful night sleep as the room has no blinds covering the window so it was broad day light at 7am, after paying £20 extra for late checkout this was annoying
Upon entering the room there was no toilet roll and only 2 towels, which is less considering there’s a hot tub
Although it displays Netflix the hosts do not provide internet, you have to use your own mobile data, after complaining she offered me a wifi password which did not work, everything you go to the host about she gives you a hr response, referring to the ts&cs that are stated on their website however I did not book on the website I booked via booking.com
Hallways are very noisy, someone talking in them sounds like speaker phone is on in your room, again an annoying disturbance experience throughout the night
The most annoying thing that you do not find out till 24hrs prior is a Cash deposit of £250 via bank transfer is requested a day before, I assumed it would be a hold on a credit card, so if you don’t have the cash you won’t be allowed to to stay meaning you lose your money for the booking, if this is their policy that is fine however not advertised on booking.com that it’s required to paid via cash
The bed is super small for 2 people and the umbrella covering the hot tub was broken, so after paying £250 we were unable to use the hot tub as I didn’t feel comfortable being exposed with no privacy in the middle of digbeth, again host did not inform us of this and apparently it happened the day before, if I knew there was no privacy around the hot tub area I wouldn’t have booked a £250+ room, hot tub areas is secluded however with drones etc and being Muslim I did not want to take the risk
There are wayyyy better rooms out there for the price point

The host was very active, helping me out whenever I called to ask about the room and how to use features like the WiFi, hot tub etc. The room was really intimate, everything was clean, and the hot tub room was 10/10. Looked extremely good visually, the lighting was nice, can control the temperature and jets etc.

Definitely recommend it. Literally the only place in Birmingham that offers this type of experience
