We had no sleep in the two nights that we stayed here because of other guests playing loud music, talking and laughing really loud at half two in the morning, one of the nights we asked the receptionist to please ask them to please keep the noise down and after about 10 minutes of being quiet they continued to be quite loud, in our room two of the windows were broken, we had no hot water the entire stay, the drain in the shower was broken, the walls were stained with a blood stain on one of the doors and the bedding didn't smell clean, the room was extremely small meaning there was no wardrobe and couldn't move around the room once the suitcases were in there, when we checked out we spoke to the staff and she didn't seem very surprised about these issues. The upstairs shared kitchen that was advertised smelt moldy and was very dirty and untidy.
The towels were a £4 non refundable charge so we ended up bringing some of our own. However we didn't expect for there to not be any hand towels or even a bath mat, there was also an extortionate charge of £5 for one bowl of cereal. All in all we are extremely disappointed and asked the receptionist for a partial refund or anything and she told us she didn't know how to do that. We will not be coming back.

It’s nice if you’ve got your own room or if you don’t mind a very loud dorm, especially in the night, it may be hard to get sleep here if you want an early rest! However, you can book your own room for a reasonable price and those are super comfortable.

There’s a balcony, smoking terrace, kitchen, wellness centre, cinema, so plenty of facilities !

The room didn't have any blinds, so getting to sleep at night without pitch darkness was challenging. Otherwise everything else was great, the room was spacious and clean, and the front of desk was clear, concise, and polite. There is a supermarket and bar nearby for food and drink.

We stayed for a couple of nights here and it was acceptable. The staff were very friendly and the reception area is nice, so that was a good start. Our room and bathroom however were poor. The walls must be made of paper because you can hear everything from the hallway, other rooms, and especially other bathrooms. We faced the street and you could hear people walking by. If you're not a light sleeper and all you're looking for is a place to sleep and shower, this will do, but otherwise I recommend you keep looking.

We stayed here for 1 night in a private room for our group. It was a spacious room with 4 beds. Lots of sockets to charge our phones and watches, clean room, and our own bathroom. It was decently priced and the staff were kind. A 15 minute walk into the main city centre but it was nice seeing a different side to the city

Quiet rooms and fairly clean. I was, however, not pleased with the fact that dormitories had mixed gender as this was not stated clearly while booking on Trip.com. I therefore had to resort to doing a lot of personal hygiene and simple care in bathroom/toilet

Lady at the desk was polite and helpful.
Our room had a leak, thankfully it didn't rain. One of the shared showers didn't work, so it wasn't ideal. But not a bad experience overall.

Really nice hostel, lovely modern design, well priced, staff are very friendly however just in the wrong place. The area around feels a bit unsafe and there is a club just down the road meaning there was quite a hit of noise through the night. However didn’t impact stay largely, would recommend!
