We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! Everything was excellent and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. We especially appreciate the help of Saif and Margadi, who were incredibly helpful and always willing to assist. The room was impeccably clean and organized, thanks to the outstanding work of the housekeeping team. The room was quiet and both the shower and bed were very comfortable, providing restful nights' sleep. The hotel's central location is very convenient. The well-equipped kitchen, with its Nespresso machine, refrigerator, microwave, exhaust fan, and hob, made it easy to prepare our own meals. I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again.

Was Welcomed by Saif at the desk and was offered a free upgrade, the customer service was 10/10 and the rooms where very clean and put together well. I stayed 2 nights for around £150 and had no issues. The Bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right. Overall I would rate my stay 5/5

Hotel room / mini apartment, was lovely! Clean, spacious, large sitting area, kitchen, dinner table, cosy bedroom, lovely modern bathroom. Worth every penny. I wished I had come earlier on the day and made more use of the room.

This is now my first choice when I'm staying in Birmingham!

Very close to city centre. Professional staff and customer service, very kind people. The rooms are modern and had everything we needed for a short stay including washing machine. The kitchen is fairly small. The only thing to note is the parking which requires you to carry your stuff on the street to the hotel + is very expensive even after you get a discounted rate from the hotel. The hotel rate on Expedia was much better than all other sites and absolutely justifies the stay here.

Lovely stay, friendly staff, perfect location. Hotel was clean tidy and modern. With plenty of space and nicely furnished. Bed was comfy. The room could be a little bit loud at times, however this could have been due to neighbouring rooms.||Alex aziz was brilliant, couldn’t of been more helpful!

An excellent place to stay. Lovely comfortable rooms with all mod cons. Helpful staff. Local amenities within walking distance. Suitable for all reasons, whether for business or longer stays or just the one night. The rooms even have washing machines and cookers. Brilliant

Excellent stay at Birmingham aparthotel: comfortable bed, cozy living area, well-equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Saif's exceptional service. Great location 20 min walk from Arcadian/u street/bulk ring and great value. Highly recommended!

Wow! I was very impressed with my apartment, spacious, comfortable and felt brand new. Unfortunately the plumbing was very noisy so I could hear clanging pipes from 5.30am but there was no noise from the road or other guests. Location is convenient, only a very short walk from the centre of Birmingham, but it did feel very dark and a bit isolated being away from shops and restaurants, so I felt slightly nervous as a lone female. However I would still stay again, particularly in spring and summer with lighter evenings.
