Stayed one night for a local gig so prime location. Check in smooth, parking easy to access and staff help you pay for the duration. Room basic but clean. Room had an unpleasant smell on arrival, but we left the window open the whole time and this helped. Bed & pillows were a little uncomfortable, but I assume this reflects the price you pay. Had basic amenities, but no kettle or hairdryer. The lifts do not sound like they are safe to be using, although they do work. Lobby and staff are pleasant enough.

Emma on the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The room was ready before 3pm which we were very grateful for after travelling a long way.
Room was basic but comfortable. I thought it would be very noisy as alot of people around that night but I didn't hear a thing.
Great location if your going to a gig in the O2 and only 15mims walk from the Bullring shopping center.

The hotel is what you would expect for the price. The room was clean and spacious, however having the shower in your room was a bit of a surprise. I was also a bit shocked to not have a kettle I. The room for making tea/coffee. ||It’s not exactly central to the city centre, however it’s only a 5 minute walk. I would stay again, but at this price point, don’t expect a lot.

Room is very basic, a kettle would be useful, but ok for an overnight. Noisy in the morning, our floor seemed busy and a skip delivery happened right under our window at 8am! Shower was nice and hot. Staff very polite and friendly 😊
Parking for 24 hours is £8, not many spaces for the size of the hotel. We really appreciated that it was pet friendly.

had a pleasant stay at Ibis Budget Birmingham, and the biggest highlight was the fantastic location—super convenient for getting around the city. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, and available 24/7, making the experience feel welcoming and hassle-free.

The breakfast was nice, though it leaned more towards sweet options, with limited choices for those who prefer savory foods. The rooms, while clean, were quite small and basic, and I missed having a hair dryer in the room. Given the price, the space felt a bit tight, but if you're looking for a no-frills stay in a prime location with great service, this is still a solid option.

Would recommend for short stays and travelers prioritizing location over luxury!

I had a wonderful stay here last night. The check-in was quick, efficient and friendly and the room had everything I needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and gave the best night sleep.

A special thank you to the Manager and her team for making me feel so welcome and go out of their way to accommodate me.

Hotel and room was very clean and had new mattress. Only have 1 pillow each but could request a second pillow if we wanted. It had a 24h pizza and vending machines which is perfect for after late concerts. Pizza was delicious. Car parking was ok it’s secure but limited spaces we were lucky we got a space and I’m lucky have a small car too some spaces looked tight. £8 for 24h parking not too bad. Staff at reception were friendly and the housekeepers. Overall a nice stay for a nights stay. Thank you.

Was a good stay and cheapest I could find. Includes a simple breakfast (no fried options). Good coffee. Place to iron clothes. In the ULEZ zone. Not cosy, but clean and functional. Has free WiFi, not superfast but functional.
