Great service with good breakfast included.
Food options good and price ok. Beers on tap, bottled beers, wines and ciders available. Very friendly helpful staff. Metro tram down side of hotel and varied restaurants close. Easy walk to St.Pauls with great dining around there.
Tesco Express up the road.
Would stay again if in area!

I was very pleased with the hotel, located in the pleasant Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham. I stayed for a week. Quiet, clean, tidy, lovely hotel. 18 minutes walk to the centre but I took the tram every day. The tram stop is just next to the hotel. Unlimited daily passes are £3. But above all else, Mr. Edu was the main raison that made the whole experience beautiful. He tried to find a solution to every whim of mine in a professional manner. A true gentleman… I send him all my best wishes and I highly recommend the hotel.

I had stayed at this hotel about 2 years ago and although rooms and service were adequate without complaint, my family did think the breakfast was poor. However, on our recent return visit, everything was perfect and the breakfast worthy of a 4 star hotel! The bacon was cooked perfectly, the scrambled eggs were light/fluffy and not all watery, the beans were rich and juicy on tomato sauce and the fresh croissant were fresh and delightful. Overall, a great experience, thank you.

We stayed for 1 night and were generally pleased with our experience. We walked from New Street station and this takes just over 15 minutes. A better bet may be to take the tram from the station to St Pauls and the hotel is very close to that stop. We were impressed with our room although there was no full window to the outside. It is clearly a popular hotel and there are signs of wear and tear in the corridors although our room was well decorated. A complimentary breakfast is included in the price and this is quite extensive. Do arrive in the breakfast area fairly early to avoid a shortage of tables or queues. The price that we paid was very good and we would certainly consider staying there again. The surrounding area is very interesting with the Jewellery Quarter well worth a walk around. Local restaurants and pubs are also good.

Stayed here from Friday to Sunday. And it was a lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast was good, nice selection and hot. Rooms were good sizes, comfortable sofas and good beds. The staff were helpful and lovely. The location is brilliant, can get the tram right next to the hotel, £3.20 for an all day ticket in zone 1 which is just the main area of Birmingham, so was easy to navigate. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is spacious especially if you have luggage to open. Clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Location wise, walkable to Birmingham New Street train station given you don’t have big heavy luggage. Although I can hear the people outside but it’s not really bad. You can ask for some essentials if you forgot yours, available at the reception. The staff were nice and accommodating.

Great location.....just minutes from the Bull Ring/City Centre....perfect for weekend getaways or overnight stays for events at the O2 Academy/Arena.... complimentary breakfast served from 7am every day with plenty of seating for 1, 2 or a family....or you can take food back to your room. Super friendly and helpful staff as well. 10 out of 10!! Greetings from New York City USA 🇺🇸

Very agreeable stay. The price was very reasonable for a more upmarket brand like the Hilton, and the breakfast was very nice and the rooms comfortable and kept to a good standard. The location is a particular plus for the business trip we were making - right next to St Paul's tramstop, which makes it very accessible from the main railway stations and many other key locations, meaning we will likely come back here for future trips. A decent little gym in the hotel as well, and some good restaurants not too far away. A few minor hiccups on the check-in process were the only negative point.
