You go through a side gate and have to go up a rusty fire escape next door has a dog on their fire escapeand the stench was terrible as i put my hand on the railing on our side i realised i had put my hand in a build up of stale dog pee!! Never again
The pictures have been updated the inside now needs attenion and the couch traffic stained
last but not least the boiler stopped workind and it was a frosty night i called and text the owner i said what happened. To date they never messaged back not even with an apology

Bhupinder is an excellent host and this was an ideal property for us to stay. Me and a friend visited Birmingham to see Bruce Springsteen in concert, at Aston Villa. This property is a 15 minute walk to station that takes you into the city centre to connect to stations such as Witton (near the stadium) Bhupinder was good at communicating throughout our stay, friendly and helpful.

The property was easy to self check in and out. Clean and tidy, good amenities, shower, kitchen with good size windows to let air in and blinds to keep daylight out overnight.

Bedroom living area with large screen TV, digital radio and decent size beds (one single and one double) all well presented and looked after. Local shops nearby for essentials.

We were really happy, would recommend for others looking for a short stay without wanting to pay the hefty prices for accommodation in the centre. Would definitely stay again.

The worse experience of my life. The lock doesn't open from the inside unless you give a key to someone through the bathroom door and make them open it for you from outside. We almost assumed that we would never be able to escape that place, but thankfully the lady in the parkour saved us. The shower doesn't work at all and the carpet got stains all over it. Chairs aren't clean either and walls got stains, mosquitoes in the flat, stinks of some sort of drugs in there.

Avoid this place like the plague. When I was 5 mins up the rd from the place i recieved a phone call to say there was no electric so was given another room they advertise wifi which doesn't work which is a problem as the area as black spot for phone reception I stayed 2 hours and had to leave because I couldn't do my work worse still they wouldn't give my £75 back biggest waste of money ever. Area is also very noisy with building work.

Utter garbage, do not stay here under any circumstances whatsoever. Trust me, save your money and book a decent place.
