The place had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, but unfortunately, the food was a bit disappointing. The shrimp dish was overly spicy, which made it difficult to enjoy. The duck salad was underwhelming—overpowered by an intense BBQ sauce that didn’t pair well with the combination of salad, rice, and duck. The pasta was average and unremarkable, while the burger was decent but didn’t stand out. Overall, while the setting was nice, the food didn’t meet expectations, making this a one-time visit. I wouldn’t return again.

Haven't visited here for a while, which I found to be a big miss on my part 🤦‍♂️
The food was excellent, the Service great and all for a VERY reasonable price 😎.
The atmosphere is relaxed and very welcoming, the Staff are very attentive (without being bothersome 👍). The food is served at a nice pace, without delay, and as for the food, the Tarragon Chicken was awesome, and a decent sized portion too 🙂
What I really liked was that we visited on a Thursday evening and they had a special offer of 'two courses for £14', an absolute bargain 👍.
I would definitely recommend visiting here (even if they don't have any special offer on, as it's still reasonably priced and great quality) 👍

Without a doubt the nicest Sunday lunch I’ve ever had whilst eating out. Everything could be done gluten free too which is hard to find. Absolutely delightful 🙌🏼

Spent a lovely afternoon with the family today at the tree house.
We all picked from the lunch menu. We all picked different choices from the menu.
The food was well presented and the service was very quick and tasteful
and good value. The setting of the Bistro with a tree in the middle is amazing. The staff looked after our family very well.

Amazing meal at the Tree House. Lovely atmosphere, brilliant staff, very attentive. The best steak I've ever had, and a cheesecake to die for. Will definately be going back, and will be recommending it to friends and family. Compliments to the chef and all the staff.

Booked myself and my fiancee in for a meal at 18:45. Arrived on time and waited 20 minutes at the bar for our table to be sorted (which is fine, it’s nice to see a place busy on a Wednesday). Ordered our meals, a starter and a main each. The starter took a while to come. The prawns I ordered were very nice and so was my partners mushroom starter. We then waited 45 minutes to an hour for our mains to come out (our starter plates still sat stacked on the table for the majority of the time despite staff passing by and looking at it multiple times). My main meal of JD Ribs was completely inedible. I asked the staff to take it away and was offered a replacement meal which I did refuse due to lack of faith that it would arrive before the place shut. We overheard the staff mentioning that they were also cooking food for Rocksalt next door and then saw multiple dishes coming out through the main door of the restaurant. All in all not a great experience, our friends had come in earlier in the day and prepaid £50 as a surprise for my partner for helping them out with work and for me as a belated birthday present. My main was thankfully taken off the bill. It’s a shame because every other time we’ve been to Treehouse it’s been lovely. The manager relied on the younger members of staff to deal with the complaint mainly aswell which struck me as quite odd. I work in the hospitality sector myself and it’s just very disheartening to see this.

Absolutely amazing place! Food was some of the best quality and taste I’ve had in a long time. Staff were genuine and attentive and helped add to the already superb atmosphere created within. The place was absolutely packed (well deserved for this place) but it didn’t feel cramped and the food arrived in a timely manner with many options for my GF relative to feel included. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be going again! Thanks to all staff involved x

We chose this place to celebrate our deceased son's first birthday. The décor was beautiful and was the main reason we chose the place and it was. However the food was a massive disappointment.
Burnt bread came out with the starter.
The steak was extremely over seasoned.
The pork ribs arrived cold.
And the stroganoff has a skin over the top as if it had been waiting a long time to be served and tasted only like mustard.
Due to the occasion we didn't feel comfortable discussing our issues. I am hoping someone from management does see this and respond.
