I went for my appointment anticipating a "standard" massage - I've had many before and enjoy the time spent relaxing and dozing. Pat and I discussed the options available and I decided to go more down the "Thai massage" route to help me with muscle tightness across my neck and shoulders from my desk based job and in my calves and back from gym visits. What an eye opener! I've no doubt that Pat can deliver nice relaxing massage if thats what you're after but what I got can only be described as treatment. Pat is a true therapist - she knew exactly what she was doing. At some points it was agony and I almost wanted it to stop but by the end of it I was left feeling amazing - and it's helped no end. If you're thinking of going for a massage, whether an aromatherapy chill out or a full on sports massage I can't recommend Pat enough. Worth every twinkle of the five stars given.

I had a sport massage with Phatchari. I need to say that she is exceptional and by far the best therapist I ever had. Her knowledge and skills are remarkable. Thanks again for a wonderful massage which incredibly effective. 10/10 Highly recommended.

Had my massage with Phatchari at Hearts Health Club and Spa in Crosby and can honestly say it was an amazing experience, i felt so safe with all of the covid measures that are in place. You can tell you are visiting a lady who know how to keep people safe.

I was welcomed by the lovely staff at the ladies only gym who made me feel very welcome.
I met Phatchari who is such a lovely lady, she listened to me and what i needed and she definitely worked wonders.
I came here quiet shy and nervous as i wasnt too sure what to expect but i felt so at ease so quickly .
I can't wait to book in again!!
