The cottage was perfect for us (mum and 12yr old and 10yr old boys). Made a perfect bolt hole for visiting family in the area.|The beds were comfy, the bathroom spacious and clean, the lounge comfy and the kitchen clean with everything you need. |The WiFi is good quality (was a worry due to location).|The outside space is perfect for children to run around! |The owner is lovely, nothing too much trouble (left flowers, milk and a bottle of wine for the first night!) |Ollie the cat will pay you a visit but there's treats which he'll follow you outside for! |Thank you!

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay for two weeks in ‘Barn Loft’ cottage. Well appointed and very clean and tidy. Extremely pleasant and helpful host. Cottage located on edge of Skipton in quiet, attractive rural location being just a few minutes car ride into town centre or around 40 minutes walk (country lane & canalside path). Would not hesitate to return and therefore thoroughly recommend.

The drive off the main road is on a single track road with passing places. Just take your time and theres no problem. The views are awesome. Forget the TV just take some binoculars and spend the night watching the wildlife from your window. Great place to get out from, 10 mins in the car from the A59 which will take you to Bolton abbey and Harrogate easily. Also trains run from Skipton to leeds if you want an easy day out. Our cottage (Boskin) was spotless and a lovely comfy bed and nice fluffy towels to. some great walks and runs from the doorstep. Infact the Indian is a 15 min off road walk from the cottages, may take a bit longer after a chicken bhuna to walk back up the hill. Enjoy.

Stayed for two and a half weeks in the 'Boskin' room - 2 bedrooms, living room, shared bathroom. It is tucked away from the main road in the hills and the views are truly lovely. Surrounded by fields with only sheep and cows around, this is the perfect location to stay. Our family of four fitted in easily enough and soon established our routines for using the shared bathroom in the mornings!||One price covers everything (including: gas, electricity, water, laundry facilities) and there are no hidden charges outside this.||Shared laundry facilities include 2 washers and 1 dryer.||||Ollie the cat kept us all company and the Swallows entertained us as they swooped down and toyed with him.||||Without any doubt we will stay here again next time we visit. It is absolutely perfect, and real value for money.

Cosy and comfortable accommodation which was clean and tidy. There was a bracing wind outside when we arrived but inside was lovely and warm. We were met by the owner who was friendly and helpful but then left us alone to enjoy our holiday. Lots to see and do locally. Wonderful walks around the farm and wider area.

We had a great time at Cawderhall cottages. A really warm welcome, beautiful views and comfy beds. We would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a holiday let in this beautiful area. The views from the place were truly amazing.

We've been staying at cawderhall cottages for 30 years ,always stay here when visiting my family .The cottage is lovely ,clean and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday .The views are wonderful and gateway to the Dales .Thank you Graham for the flowers ,wine ,cakes & milk and the heating on ,we very welcome after a long drive from Devon .We will be returning, wouldn't stay anywhere else .

We have stayed at cawder hall cottages many times, graham (owner) is very welcoming and helpful. The cottages are lovely with everything u need and have great views over the hills.A great base to explore the Dales and beyond. We will be return
