The hostess Marion was very friendly and extremely motivated to ensure that her guests receive the best possible service. Nothing is too much trouble for her. The room was immaculate and very well proportioned with an excellent shower. The location is perfect, not too far from the town but right at the edge of the countryside and only a short drive to Haworth and Brontë country. The breakfast by the way was freshly cooked to order with massive portions of a delicious full English.

Absolutely gorgeous B&B , lovely rooms, very clean and accommodating for our 3 year old too. Marion is a wonderful host, with a spacious beautifully kept garden, knowledgeable of the area and cooks the perfect breakfast! We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

I’m not going to beat about the bush, if you are in the area of Colne then stay at Rye Flatt Farm. Absolutely wonderful establishment in every way, from the very friendly hosts to the very comfortable rooms to the delicious breakfast. ||A real gem on the Lancs/Yorks border.

The room was spacious and the bedding was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the breakfast was great. We stayed here to go a wedding so didn't have much chance to relax in front of the large TV||I'd certainly like to visit again!

We stayed here while visiting my son. Marion gave us a very warm welcome and showed us where everything was, then left us alone to relax and get ready for dinner at the local Emmott Arms (also recommended!).||We slept SO well that night. It was lovely and quiet and there was no light pollution either.||In the morning Marion cooked us a fab full english breakfast, along with a huge choice of cereals, fruit juices, croissants, and a lovely big pot of tea.||Highly recommended and we will definitely return! ||Thanks Marion

The B&B was stylish and clean and quiet with all the facilities you would need plus a large TV screen. Bed was super comfortable. A bonus was The Emmott Arms for a dinner option just 2 mins walk. Had a lovely stay.

This place is truly special, clean, comfortable and luxurious. It is absolutely spotlessly clean, the creature comforts in the rooms are very high end and the breakfast is wonderful! The host couple are friendly, fun and very thoughtful. I could not recommend a stay here highly enough!
