Katie was very welcoming and talked through all options and benefits of each. Once decided Katie set about working her magic, a calming, luxurious Elemis facial. The bonus of a neck and shoulder massage melted all of the weeks stresses away too. Katie’s aftercare tips were hugely appreciated. The spa is tranquil and relaxing. Highly recommend!
