Recently stayed at the newly renovated Premier Inn and had an amazing experience! The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, fresh, tasty, and with great options.

What really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service, especially from Bill at reception. Bill was an absolute star incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely to chat with. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We even had a great time participating in the charity roulette, and to top it off, we won! It was such a fun touch that made the whole experience even more memorable.

Overall, a fantastic stay, highly recommend and would definitely come back!

This is the new Premier inn. Across the road from the old one. This one is much better.

Small public area downstairs with breakfast area - no bar, but you can go next door to The Walton Fox for beers. I like beers. Rooms on ground, first and second. Lift and stairs.

Room was decent. Premier Plus - better shower and own little bit of corridor. Decent comfy bed and quiet environment. I liked it. I would stay here again.

They do a thing where they only clean your room if you request it. Decent. The illusion of control.

Check in easy and quick, parking is free to hotel guests without need to register vehicle.

Convenient for Walton Fox and B&Q. Don’t bother with Burger King next door, it’s awful.

Nice double room. Superbly clean. Fresh linen and lovely soft towels. |I’m physically disabled but didn’t need an adapted room. I requested a room near reception for convenience and this was allocated without problem. |I also paid for an early checkin. |The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. |I had a continental breakfast however the English looked equally inviting. |I booked this hotel for my journey going North and again, for my return coming South. I’m sure I will return.

Been here twice now and about to book for a third time. Premier Inn rooms are pretty much standard across all branches so I know what to expect. This branch is such a great location for the M6 and the supermarket across the road is handy especially for the petrol station.

What I love most about this hotel is on the occasions we have visited it has been quiet which is perfect for us as we like a quiet environment, some hotels you constantly have banging doors, heavy feet, noisy corridors but not here.

On my visits staff have always been friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the kids eat free offer is amazing. Honestly don't know what to say beyond that.

Had a problem with the heating rattling during the night but I forgot to mention it to staff on my rush out so I can't complain about it as I am confident that it would have been acknowledged.

Otherwise than that reasonable price and it seems now my go to hotel when visiting Lancaster.

It was a great stay. I’ve stayed here a few times before so I am quite familiar with the place. The staff are always nice and friendly!! Can’t complain. Breakfast was lovely and the lady who takes the breakfast orders is always so accommodating and chatty.

We only had one overnight stay as I had client meeting to attend one day after the other. My wife and daughter were off for the half term/Easter holidays so I dragged them along with me. We all had a lovely stay, friendly staff, nice clean rooms, a little cramped with the 3 of us but for one overnight, it was enough and I feel I am splitting hairs by saying that. Breakfast was lovely, I had mine at 8am. Later check out at 12pm which really suited us as I went to my business appointment and my wife and daughter were able to wait for me without rushing to get out.

Great hotel and all staff are friendly! Particularly Giovanna, Amy and Bill. I’ve stayed here for work multiple times and each time it has been 5*. Rooms clean and tidy, and it is very quiet at night time. I look forward to my stays at this hotel

Wonderful staff, great location and perfect room. I love Premier Inn because you know what you're getting and a reasonable price. The staff couldn't be more helpful and I will not hesitate to stay again if and when I'm staying in Preston again. Thank you!
