What an amazing experience, I realised how much I needed the expert massage and facial. Not only did it feel absolutely amazing, my whole being felt at ease and settled afterwards. Its such a treat that I now need to have this regularly in my life. Lisa is so knowledgeable and treats you as a whole. I was able to surrender to the treatment with confidence. She has so many skills, and various amazing treatments. I totally recommend Lisa

Wow what an experience.
As a birthday treat I was booked in with Lisa this week, she was incredible.!
Best head and neck massage I've ever had (and I've had a few).
A combination of hot stones and beautiful scented massage creams.
My stiff neck from tension at work now feels envigorated. Lisa also gave me some great massage tips to continue with at home.

I have been going to Lisa regularly for massage treatment for neck and shoulder pain and tension. She combines hot stones with clinical treatment, so it is like a spa experience and seeing someone who really understands which muscles to treat. Her treatments are amazing and I'm getting great results! Would highly recommend.

I went to see Lisa recently for pain specifically in my neck and back. After talking at the beginning of the session, Lisa is so in tune with exactly what will benefit your body the most. She used a range of different massage methods on my back and neck and I felt like a different human once I left! I felt so relaxed the whole time I was there too, she is exceptional and I couldn’t recommend her enough

I went for my first session just under 2 weeks ago to try and find another pain management therapy to help with chronic pain and a whiplash injury. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout and explained each step of the treatment in a way easy to understand along with providing some exercises to do myself at home. I found that not only did I have an increase of mobility immediately after the treatment but also over the next couple of days afterwards my pain had reduced. I can definitely recommend Lisa to those looking for a more long term pain management treatment or alternatively just a nice self care experience.

Lisa is a real find in the beautiful Sussex hills! My muscle pain from working posture (the unwanted consequence of working from home!) needed a course of remedial action. Individualised treatment of 60 minutes with an addition of interesting ideas (hot stones) was worth every penny. Lisa is knowledgeable, experienced, honest and involved therapist – I have booked my next 2 sessions on return home to aid my recovery, allow myself time to support my physical as well as mental health, and to improve my sport performance by promoting fuller fitness (golf champs need a full range of motion after all).

Lisa is fantastic! I’ve had two resurfacing treatments so far and my skin has look so much better after each treatment, I’m annoyed with myself that I didn’t do this years ago. Lisa is so knowledgable about different treatments and skin products, and also fascinating to talk to. She clearly spends a lot of time researching her area of expertise. Highly recommend!

Visited Lisa due to a lower back injury which had troubled me for several months. I am a PT and RSI is a regular occurrence, this is the first time I have received such a targeted clinical massage with the issue being resolved within several treatments. She also gave some excellent self care advice which meant I have been injury free ever since. I would throughly recommend Lisa for any chronic pain sufferers.
