Pros: Spa is in a lovely setting with nice views of the golf course out the windows. I was also very happy with the standard of my treatment (eyebrow tidy) and my mum was really happy with the service she received from her therapist and the quality of her facial.

Cons: Sadly was made to feel very unwelcome on my visit with my baby. I felt like my presence was a huge inconvenience, so much so that it made me cry upon leaving. To be clear, I was seven minutes late for my appointment, due to circumstances out of my control, and felt as though I was punished for this throughout my stay. Having had a new baby I was really looking forward to my treatment at the spa, however I left wishing I had never bothered ?.

Absolutely brilliant, my husband & I have both had treatments at the spa and cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff is so lovely and welcoming. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the products used are such a lovely scent that they further enhance the experience. I was so relaxed during my massage, I dozed off several times & could have easily had a nice long nap ?

Booked a Ultimate Spa Retreat for my wife and I a couple of months ago and the wait was well worth it.
we were greeted with a smile and taken to the relaxation room. once settled we were offered all manner of teas, coffees and soft drinks, and when they were brought to us there were 2 amazing warm cookies with our drinks.
Once we had finished our drinks we were collected by our therapists, Emily and Leah, taken to our separate treatment rooms, given gowns and slippers (slippers never fit me) and then chatted about our treatments. I had a lime and ginger body scrub with a Indian head massage combined, my wife had a facial. My treatment was amazing and I felt incredibly revived afterwards, my skin felt amazing.
After our treatments we were taken down to the restaurant where we enjoyed a couple drinks at the bar (not included in the spa day package) and a beautiful 3 course meal with a glass of prosecco.
We then went back to the spa for our second treatment of the day. We were taken into a double room, with the same therapists as in the morning, and had a wonderful full body massage. I chose to have a slightly lighter massage, my wife prefers harder pressure.
I can only speak for myself, but having had massages all over the country and around the world, Leah was by far one of the best I have therapists I have ever met, she was professional, polite and very friendly throughout, and I do not think I have ever felt quite so relaxed after a massage, EVER!!
When we're were finally able to move again, we put our gowns on and were taken down to the pool area (for an additional cost of £10 per person) to use the indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna for the rest of the day.

Overall I would 110% recommend anyone to come here for a spa day, the price is unbelievable for everything included, and all the staff are wonderful. Again, a massive thank you to Leah for an exceptional scrub and massage.

My first time at west park spa ,
I was welcomed by Shona , who was very friendly & warm .
I opted for a hour long facial ,
It was amazing , I felt soo relaxed , I have been to many spas , but this is up there with the best .
She has an excellent technique, applied many different treatments to my face , massaged my hands & arms , neck & shoulders . Finished with a head massage , I really didn’t want it to end ,
I will return . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently booked in for an Ultimate Spa Retreat. Just WOW the treatments were just amazing! I haven't felt so relaxed and pampered in so long. Massive thank you to the team and Emily and Izzy for the treatments.

Only thing to improve on, is to have some calming music in the relaxing area pre treatments to set the mood a bit more.

I added on the pool for an extra £10 which was nice. Also, enjoyed the 3 course meal between treatments 🙂 highly recommend!

Very poor customer service. My husband and I went to view the spa and were planning to book a treatment. When we arrived there were no staff members to be found. No signs to say if there were treatments ongoing in any of the rooms. I knocked on one of the doors (it wasn’t clear where reception was) and a very irate young lady came out to say that she was on her own with another customer and ‘couldn’t help me at all’. She said there were signs to say a treatment was ongoing but I told her I couldn’t see any. This left quite a sour taste and I decided I wouldn’t want to book a treatment if that’s how future customers are treated. Perhaps further customer service training is needed for the staff?
