AWFUL. We booked by seeing the pictures. Biggest mistake of my (travelling) life. We came in slowly, but 20 minutes later we ran outside. Real filthy place, no privacy, garbage everywhere. Booked two rooms, got one attick room. No space for suitcases or whatever. After refusing this room we were offered two rooms on the first floor. People were moving out of these rooms very quickly, but did not take their clothes with them. Unless you're homeless... DON'T GO HERE!

Mouldy food in the hallway, Dirty smelly rooms and stupid procedures.

Yes the owner is a lovely lady and very nice but I genuinely spent the night worrying for my safety and left at the first opportunity this morning.

No proper locks on the door and no sets of keys for the front door so you find yourself locked out if you go outside.

The place is a tip and I urge you not to stay there.

I received wonderful welcome by Florence. Was given a choice of rooms and I chose the room with the 4 poster bed. A cooked breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again at the drop of a hat..

Stayed there while working away for a while, very welcoming, they make you feel at home, 3 course meal every night no extra charge, lovely woman Mrs mcreedy is and all the others that live their a really nice too. If you're working away and need a place to stay in Doncaster look no further get booked in here highly recommend

I recently arrived at the house the house to be met bay an overgrown garden, stinking plastic crates on the drive and a strong smell of cat urine near the front door. We went inside and up to the room and couldn't get over the disgusting array of debris laying around, the peeling wallpaper or plaster coming off the walls.||The room was damp and stank of old clothing or bedding which nearly made my wife sick.||Some people have left positive feedback which leaves me with the conclusion that they are used to this type of disgusting low level accommodation.||It was so bad we drove the 150 miles home and came back to the event in Doncaster the following morning. so finally here's my conclusive comments;||Stinking, filthy, dangerous, unhealthy, and down right disgusting

It took 45 mins to check in. By which time I had seen the dining room and kitchen. Both dirty. This place is a half way house for criminals and drug addicts. The place is dank, dirty and smells disgusting. The bedrooms are damp. The shared toilet is swimming in water (I hope)
