Stayed here and currently staying here for work which turned into a longer stay than expected. The stay was really good and I was made welcome from the moment I walked in and well looked after. Ashley, Alana, Liz and Steve are so helpful and willing to accommodate and ensure I was comfortable throughout my long stay dealing with all and any of my enquiries upon from weekly late evening arrival and checkout. Thank you for making the time here pass with out fuss, the staff here do a brilliant job and if possible I would give them an extra star for their attitude and hospitality.

Comfortable stay with lovely food and good service in the restaurant. Front of house staff were welcoming and helpful. With a special mention to Jamie who is most possibly the politest and most helpful member of staff I have ever encountered at a UK hotel and I think we are on our 10th weekend away this year so far.

Nice stay. The guy on reception, Jamie was brilliant. The beds were comfy and the rooms decent. ||The car park is huge so no problems parking. We had lunch in the restaurant which was good and again the service was very good. We checked out on Mother’s Day, they had little gifts in reception for mums to take away.

Really great location and the staff were absolutely lovely. I think the lady that checked us in was Alana (sorry if I'm wrong but it was similar to that). She was super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

2 nights, 2 rooms, 6 adults, 2 children.

Our room was ok, clean but tired (room 14) which seems to be the norm here. Clean but needs a revamp.

We had a family room but it was the smallest we've ever had, basically a standard room with extra beds, one of which required them to move the table. This meant the lamp wasn't plugged in and was broken anyway (presumably during the move about).

Our parents were in room 1 (accessible) which had no hot water in the basin although it did in the shower. There were small red marks (looked like blood) on the wall. The staff were apologetic and offered a room change which was declined as my Mother would not have made it upstairs to other rooms available (no lift).

Instead the walls were cleaned, nothing could be done about the basin water temp on the weekend so one of the days breakfast was refunded instead.

All in all the service was great, the hotel ok and cleanliness ok.

Perfect place for a one night stay with work. Plenty of parking. Quick and easy check in. Nice staff. Clean and comfy room. There’s the Beefeater restaurant next door, which is accessible from the hotel - very convenient. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

My first time here and I’ll defo stay again! The lovely receptionist (young lady with blonde hair - sorry I didn’t ask your name) was most friendly and helpful, even helped with my bag! The room was fine, very comfy bed , quite high but good for me. Nice n clean all good. Didn’t agree with paying to park when u stay there but that’s not their fault.

This is a Premier Inn so in terms of rooms beds etc, you know what you are getting and they are always consistent. The staff are great. Friendly, helpful and always ready with sensible advice. The only downside is the wifi, which is pretty poor, even when you pay for the better service.

Lovely stay at the hotel, clean rooms, very quiet, parking is £3 a night which is fine. slept well, tv was good. staff were fab I borrowed a fan and a usb charger, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was lovely too, again staff were very friendly.
