We were attending a concert at Bramell Lane so we're only staying one night. The room was small but had everything we needed plus an unexpected kettle & complimentary tea & coffee. Everything was spotless. Good shower & comfy bed. Staff were friendly & helpful. Bar prices were really good too. Would stay again.

Hotel reception/cafe area is lovely - only had drinks there but would eat there in future.

Room was small, very basic but does the job (ie: somewhere to sleep). Bed was big and very comfortable. No wardrobe, just a pole with 4 hangers on it and no other storage space.

Bathroom was really nice and the shower was pretty powerful.

Improvements could be made by providing more hangers on the pole, and not having the soap dispenser right above the toilet roll holders!!

I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or outside.

Overall, basic but very nice hotel that I will definitely stay in again. Might be a struggle for more than one person staying more than one night but absolutely fine for solo bookers.

Stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is on a busy main road but we didn't hear any noise. |The rooms are very small but have the basics you need. Bed was comfortable and with air con you can control temperature. The hotel offers food and drinks which was great after arriving later. If you plan on playing pool, be aware it is £5 for only 30mins. ||We had no hand towels in room, but after asking, we got some right away. The batteries in our tv remote didn't work, but again staff quickly replaced them. |It's difficult to know where reception is on arrival, would be helpful to have a sign. Also more that 1 pillow would be a nice touch too. |

A well appointed and clean hotel. Modern and good quality. It has a really good cafe doing breakfasts and small meals. A very pleasant and comfortable place. Central Sheffield good access to all the city centre. If you want a lovely basic hotel in the city centre you could not find a more pleasant place to stay with friendly staff.

Clean and welcoming hotel. All staff very friendly. Beds were comfy and easy to sleep on. Good to see a shower that didn't have it fixed purely in one location so much easier to use as you wish.

Pool table on the right as you walk in, check in is essentially the shelving unit with laptop tester than a dedicated desk. Cafe/restaurant is behind that.

Also has a dedicated Uber terminal between pool table and reception area.

Discounted parking at the Acopa on Eyre Street - go their first to park. You'll get a blue token from barrier then just give it to staff on check out so they can sort discount on your parking

View can vary depending on your room. Yeah you don't have rolling hills but then i didn't have a view of the bins either.

For £45 a night you really can't knock it

You get what you pay for, and for a budget hotel, this is a good deal. The room is small but not unreasonably so. Wifi is fast. Location is very convenient. Staff was very helpful. My biggest complaint is that the bathroom door will trigger a fire alarm if left open for too long, so if you want to sleep through the night, keep your bathroom door closed.

Three days stay. Very pleased with the location and how sound proof the room is. I stayed on the 5th floor and in the city centre where the roads are busy but I didn't hear any cars only the occasional sirens by emergency services. Also, the guests from other rooms were only heard once, and when the guests were leaving they would let the door slam shut but that's about it. You could also hear housekeepers in the late mornings (10 am) until about noon but they were not loud just doing their job.They are also quite friendly. The bed was very comfortable as there was a mattress topper (sponge kind) on it. Limited amenities as there was no mini fridge or microwave available. Only coffee & tea and a kettle provided. Bed, TV and a table with a step stool which you can put your luggage on. Also a couple of hangers. Otherwise recommend.

We stayed here Friday and saturday and I must say the customer service, particularly from Jake, was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I checked in, Jake greeted me with a warm smile and ensured all my needs were taken care of. He went out of his way to provide helpful recommendations, answered every question with patience, and made sure our stay was comfortable in every way. His attention to detail and genuine care made my experience memorable. It’s rare to encounter such exceptional service, and Jake truly made our stay special. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Jake!
