The staff were always cheerful and efficient. We stayed for two nights and on our first morning we had a problem with our shower. They were unable to fix it so moved us to an alternative room with the minimum of fuss. There is a wide choice for breakfasts which are delicious. No problems at all. Well done to all staff.

Very smooth booking process and very convenient location just off the M1 motorway and just a 10 minute walk from Carbrook station for the Yellow Supertram into the city. Again just another 12-15 mins ride. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Particular member of staff, Lisa whom works in the bar restaurant area at weekends was particularly lovely. Treated you like a member of family, really looked after us. Thank you to you and the team

Amazing stay and excellent members of staff, Chloe and Holly were spot on! Can’t fault the service that was provided by them. Breakfast and evening meal was really good, food came in good timing and was also really hot! Excellent rooms also. Would definitely stay again.

Nice, clean hotel. This is a great place to stay the night. The meal deal is good value. The restaurant was busy but that the staff, lead by Rachel, were amazing. There was only 3 of them but they worked SO hard. The premier inn are lucky to have such good staff!

Excellent service amazing staff friendly staff. Excellent location clean hotel got light in close to wales. Heating working well. Close to Wales possibility the best hotel I've had in Sheffield. Peace and love atmosphere thank you xxxxx

I would just like to say thanks, we have a fantastic time and that was mainly because of one member of staff. Courtney Smith! You are awesome! Always makes us welcome. We stay here 3/4 times a year for my daughter karate competition and Courtney goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly.

Rooms great, beds comfy, staff very helpful, and food was great. John on reception and in the restaurant was really friendly and welcoming, he made it a great experience at the hotel, better than other Premier Inns I have stayed at.

Brilliant Service from the staff. and great location just off the M1 and by Meadowhall. Some area where a little worn down and needed some new painr but not really bad.

My best bits Breakfast and the beds! The bed was so comfy!
