We had an amazing stay at Overlea Barn, the rooms were spotless. We were particularly grateful and impressed with the kind gesture of leaving a food hamper on arrival. We have booked to go again as we miss it already. Hottub was so relaxing after a long walk, spoilt for choice when it comes to Peak District walks in this area. 5*

Had a fantastic time here. The apartment was clean, comfortable and a lovely place to stay. It was well stocked with everything you could need to cook with and the welcome basket was lovely. It was also nice to have a tablet connected to the sound system and we enjoyed having lovely relaxing music in the morning.
The surrounding area was beautiful with surprisingly good bus links to the nearby towns and villages and there are plenty of great walks right on the doorstep.
Would highly recommend staying here

The coach house is stunning. New, modern, beautifully designed and furnished. Throw the huge glass doors open to look out onto the garden and countryside views. It has a private hot tub and garden, all lit up at night. Luxury, hi-spec, and tech. All the basics are provided, (bread, butter, tea, coffee, milk, eggs, etc). The owner, Alan, is lovely, really friendly. The farm is a credit to his hard work. Beautiful setting. Five stars from us.

Just the best. Can't fault anything from welcome to departure. We stayed in the Barn which was amazing. Lovely touch of the essential food baket on arrival. Quality decor and furnishings. The rooms were spacious and the hot tub was an added bonus. Alan was on hand if needed (which he wasnt). Location beautiful and totally relaxed on departure. Well worth the trip up from London.

We have just finished an amazing week’s honeymoon staying in Overlea Farm Cowshed.

The cottage was incredible all round. I was particularly impressed with the decor and furnishing. Fantastic quality and great design.

We loved the hot tub both on a morning looking out over the fields or on an evening looking at the stars.

The fire was fantastic to keep toasty in the evening, though you get full control of the central heating anyway.

The owners made us feel very welcome with a wonderful little welcome hamper. When we arrived there was gentle music playing on the Sonos system and a lovely scent from the diffusers.

The location is fantastic for anyone with a car as it is super easy to access walks, restaurants and all the top sights in the Peaks within about 30 mins drive.

We would absolutely recommend a stay here and would love to visit again.

Our second visit and just as special as the first. Beautiful accommodation with lots of little luxuries. An ideal place to relax and completely unwind. Both visits during November / December and we have been lucky enough to have some snow on both visits which only added to the charm.

Stunningly beautiful accommodation decorated and equipped to an amazing standard . We stayed in Overlea Barn for four nights and enjoyed going walking
and relaxing both of which were available right on the doorstep and locally . Hot tub and garden amazing and accommodation had clearly been interior designed and landscaped . Very friendly hosts . Highly recommended . Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Over Lea Barn! The property is stunning and the location is beautiful. Alan was fantastic and really went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. The hamper, music and lit Christmas tree was a lovely welcome. No faults with Over Lea Barn, pure luxury!
