Stayed at Abbey farm house in the new year to celebrate my Dads 70th birthday. House was large and well equipped but the hot tub was cold when we arrived and didn’t warm up. We ended up having trouble with it for the rest of our stay. Had to get maintenance out to it several times and most of my family didn’t get to go in it because it wasn’t warm enough. We were all very disappointed as we picked the house because of the hottub. Complained to Harrison holidays when we got home but no response from them despite chasing them up several times.

We have stayed at wild rose caravan park before and were delighted with how clean the caravan and whole park was. Amazing park for family and children.
We have rebooked and we really have to say we are utterly astounded by the lovely polite professional service we always get it such a surprise to always get such kind help. Today Paris was particularly kind and sweet and helpful. Sincere thanks. Will always use Harrison as cannot recommend enough.

Great place for a Family getaway. Annual Family holiday, most of our Family from across the UK get together and have a wonderful time. It has been even more significant this year as we have lost 2 members since we last got together in 2019. This long weekend away in such a lovely environment, with pleasant Park staff, helps you appreciate what you have! The accommodation is spotless, of good quality and stocked with most of what you need.

Lovely family, Dog friendly place, food was well cooked, we had the sunday lunch, generous portion of beef, staff were realy polite and helpful

Stayed in a Platinum 3 bed. I think that the Platinum plus just has a bit of decking outside of the patio doors.
The main bedroom is OK and the others would do for small children. However an adult or teenager has to shuffle sideways between the beds.
Perhaps a two bed would have larger rooms.
The equipment level is good but I don't see the point of having a dishwasher if it is not connected.

Overall the park was clean and quiet however we weren't exactly there in peak season.

Didn't make use of the facilities e.g. pub or pool etc so can't comment. Nor did we have significant contact with staff so again can't comment.

Wonderful site. Big shout out to the two lovely receptionists who are very helpful and friendly. Free use of facilities, great food on site and really quiet and peaceful despite having lots of children on site. Not to far to drive to places of interest such as formby and Blackpool.
