We spent one night here, staying the night after a day at the races at Goodwood Racecourse. It is conveniently positioned to quickly get to Goodwood and not far from Chichester too. ||It's a small, intimate B&B with just two rooms. Judy, the host, is very friendly, helpful and cooks a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are immaculate and well equipped and the whole house is very cosy with low beams. ||We just wish we could have stayed longer and would certainly look to stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Only 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and in high demand! No wonder. The Old Manor House looks like a setting for the next Laura Ashley Interiors catalogue. Very tastefully decorated, comfy beds, large shower, super clean. Judy Wolstenholme, a former First Class flight attendant knows how to make feel her guests feel "at home". The breakfasts are sensational - Continental or cooked English - enhanced with Smoothies, fresh fruit, Toasts and Marmelade. Safe parking away from street.

This is a lovely place. The house is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. Judy is a consummate host and cooks a delicious breakfast. The location is great for Chichester, Goodwood and the surrounding area, but the house is very peaceful despite its convenience.

We searched for a B & B close to where our God-Daughter now lives. ||We struck really lucky when we found this little gem just 10 minutes' walk away.||||The building is 15th century, with an interesting history and the low, beamed, ceilings typical of that era.||||Judy could not have made us more welcome. Despite staying only one night we felt as if we were staying with a friend. We were welcomed with tea and home-made cake. The room was very large, with a modern en suite toilet and shower. Judy's breakfast was the perfect Full English and we are looking for excuses to return.

A lovely 400-year old manor house, situated on the A29 (but no traffic noise). When approaching from the north the sign next to the driveway is hidden behind a weeping willow tree. Judy is friendly and helpful. Good base for exploring the surrounding area.

We went for food and a drink. It was a lovely place to go. The day we went was very wet so we didn't sit outside but that didn't disappoint inside was lovely. The food was delicious! Big portions and a lot of choice. Very friendly staff
