Never been let down. Still always a wee treat. Been three times to CF this year and another 4/5 Haven visits at other venues. Fantastic VFM and lovely units, sites and staff. Still enjoy exploring the region. First visit to the Tangmere air museum. Volunteers were brilliant. The walks just around the parks perimeters are wonderful as ever.

Booked this site as never been before.|Wow absolutely stunning |We were in a Saver caravan which was fine it was lovely & clean plus not to far from everything. Such a lovely site it's not to big, brilliant arcade, restaurant looked fine though we didn't eat in it but we did sit & have drinks, we had lots of fun in the arcade, i loved sitting outside the onsite shop in the morning with my coffee listening to the church bells. The walk round the lagoon was gorgeous so very peaceful, the walk to the beach was a joy too. I can't fault this Haven we will be back hopefully for longer next time though my husband would like me to book accommodation overlooking the lagoon.

Been coming here for best part of 25 years with the kids but now visit with the wife. Last week I was given a check-in time of 5/6pm check-in and I remember years ago there used to be a reasonable time to check-in but last week I had to pay £10 for an early check-in at 2pm which should be standard. Where do Haven get a 5/6pm time for checking in I mean the day has gone and feel you've lost a day of your 3 day break. Absolute piss take taking £10 for a normal check-in time of 2pm. Not happy ?.

We have been coming here for a few years now and had (mostly) good experiences. This time round we had the misfortune to be next to a very noisy group who kept us awake until the early hours. Security did come round but sadly didn't solve the issue in the long term. |All credit to Lez (Lesley) on reception and Sam (GM) who took us seriously and moved us to a quieter area of the park and ensured the rest of our stay went well. |The park is a great base to see the area and we will be back.

Not a hotel, it's a Haven holiday park. Same the country over. But still great value off season. Let's be honest. You know what your going to get. Nice caravans in good surroundings, but entertainment is.... Well it's a night out. Good and safe for the kids with amusments. And happy times for the bingo people.

Our Carvan was not completely clean.
Mould in the bathroom and behind the bedside tables.
One net curtain had a split going across it.
The kitchen was missing some basic items like a frying pan.
We have a hole in one of the bedroom doors and the key safe outside the caravan had a second key in it that no one told us about and we found it opened one night.

Table service, food varies from great to basic microwaved burgers and chips..
Caravans are comfortable.
The entertainment is fun and a mixture of live acts and interactive computer generated characters for the kids.

Caravan was mostly clean (my only gripe was the previous guests hadn’t washed everything up properly - this was missed by the cleaners but easily fixed). Rooms were snug to say the least but served their purpose as a place to rest one’s head. Beautiful location, beach only a 10 minute walk away and a lagoon just 5 minutes away. Good variety of activities. Friendly and helpful staff - big shout out to Matt in the activity range, Lozza in the arcade and Dan heading up security. We’ve had an amazing holiday and are sad to leave.

We've enjoyed our stay here. The beach is local to Haven and walking distance if you like a bit of a walk. 7-10 minutes walk.

Tesco express and co-op walking distance or a short drive away. Walk 10-12 minutes, drive probably 4-5 minutes.

Resort is overall clean with some good range of activities, just a shame we booked very last minute so most activities we wanted to do were already booked out
