I had guardians for my daughter’s wedding we did choose the menu but it was better than I thought it would be. We did not expect it to be so good, all our guest were surprised how different and good it was. And the service was excellent. We had them for the phera day and they done mix grill bought their tandoor, my daughters in-laws are still talking about how good the food was for both days. I highly recommend them 100/100.

For an overly organised bride, it was my worst nightmare to find myself 6 weeks away from my wedding without a caterer. From the moment I contacted Guardian Occasions they were extremely responsive and it was clear to us that they’d instantly captured our specific vision and understood our expectations for the day.

Every meeting we had, we were always greeted with a smile and would always leave feeling excited for our big day. Working with them has been an absolute pleasure.

After a debrief with my dad after the wedding I came to learn some of the things Guardian Occasions had to do to execute our menu, including the desi inspired afternoon tea! I am blown away with the lengths that they went to pull out all the stops! They provided my guests with one of the best jams and clotted cream on the market for our scones! The quality of the brownies was just as good as home baking.

Having spoken to guests since the wedding, they always make a point to say how much they enjoyed the food and how they left well fed. The menu we worked on definitely made sure that all guests had something to suit their taste buds - especially as this was a Gujarati/Punjabi wedding! One guest had mentioned how their daughter is not normally able to enjoy food at events due to her severe nut allergy but with Guardian Occasions it was the first wedding they’d ever been to where their daughter was able to enjoy all the food.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and made themselves available to guests for any requests - even to provide warm water for baby formula! Our guests also mentioned how staff were quick to serve and replenish food that they were left feeling well looked after, which was our priority.

With Guardian Occasions, I was not prepared for how little I need to concern myself with worrying about whether the day would go ahead as planned. They planned my event so that you were prepared for every eventuality and reacted quickly to resolve any minor issues without compromising quality and without guests noticing.

Their event management cannot be faulted. Guardian Occasions worked amazingly well with all of our other suppliers and ensured that the day went to time. Ash created a calm presence to the day and whenever we would see him he would have a smile and looked as though he were equally enjoying the day.

My day meant so much more to me as a result of the relationship we built up with Guardian Occasion. Ash managed to create a great friendship with both myself but also with my Dad which I’ve come to learn is hard to find in a supplier. He always gave us his time and I know my dad left feeling valued as a customer. I felt my wedding meant something to Guardian Occasions and I feel very lucky that they were available to do our event.

They took into account our preferences and happy to make changes. Finally the food and the service on the day was unbelievable! Could not have asked for anything better. I want to begin by saying that because of covid and the circumstances we faced, you were the only vendors who treated us with such respect and kindness. Me and my Husband had at least 15 vendors to manage and reschedule. I know I'm not alone when I say this but I'm sure a lot of couples found it difficult to get excited for there big day. Probably even for couples in the future. You would think all weddings suppliers would have empathy and understanding that no one can be blamed for the pandemic. Yet in our case it was very different. Suppliers demanding monies right away regardless of the change of date. Suppliers refusing to give a refund of the deposit even though they were unable to provide a service they agreed. Being forced to do our wedding on thier terms. It was a horrible mess. You don't know how many nights I cried myself to sleep, due to the level of stress. Even when our wedding was finally approaching in June 2021, me and my husband couldn't get excited. We wanted to, but reflecting on 2020 made us realise things don't always go to plan. What if....

However when it came to yourselves, you were so empathetic. You even went to the extent of offering to help reorganise our wedding by contacting suppliers on our behave. I honestly was shocked at your kindness. No one showed the level of care you both did. I don't have siblings and have been very independent from the start, but our phonecalls made me feel so reassured, as if you were my own brothers looking out for me. When it came to requoting our catering package, going from 200 guests to 30 guests. You were the only suppliers that were fair and reasonable. For example, the other catering team had requoted a £150 difference in price. When I was having food for less than a quarter of the guests than originally planned. All that to one side. When it came to the day of the wedding, your food was the best by far. Best food I've ever tasted at any wedding. Every single guest praised myself and my husband for booking you guys. Telling us we made a great decision. Your food was honestly outstanding. I'm not even much of a meat eater and I swear to you, I couldn't get enough of your lamb curry. Due to your attitude, your quality of food and your level of professionalism. I grantee, when I next have a major life event (probably when we have our children) I am booking you to come back to Norwich. Until than, I will continue to recommend you to all my family and friends. No amount of words are going to describe my level of gratitude to you both.

We highly recommend Guardian Occasions for catering for Asian Weddings! They were absolutely perfect in attending to all of our needs and we’re highly attentive to our guests on the wedding day! Their staff members including the hostesses, went above and beyond to ensure that we were all well looked after. We received many compliments on the tasty food as well as the creative presentation too! From booking Guardian, Ash was extremely helpful and always on hand to answer any of our queries to ensure our special day was perfect! Thank you so much!

Tried their vegetarian menu at a sikh temple yesterday. Service is professional, despite crowds therewas a fast service. Quality of food was very good, warm, not too spicy, my 4 year old son even lapped up the brown daal even thoughchips & pizza option for kids was there. The decor for the serving station was tasteful with a menu board.
Staff consistently topped up drinks & clearedplates. Excellent.
