Visited Inov8 for the first time today, having been recommended by a friend. Purpose of the visit was to try to get a pair of waterproof walking boots for me.
Friendly welcome from Chris, who had excellent product knowledge, listened to what I wanted and gave good advice.
Boots were a larger size than I normally have, very comfortable, lightweight and great design. I noticed that inov8 do wide fitting boots. My Husband has foot problems so he also tried on boots. Two pairs of boots purchased! No rush or pressure, great dog friendly shop and all round excellent customer service. Thank you Chris. We appreciated your advise.

I have been searching for the right trail shoe for some time and have tried many different brands...after initially speaking with Chris on the phone, I traveled to the Bakewell store to see if the INOV8 brand was what I was looking for.
Chris's knowledge was brilliant and there was no pushy sales, just a desire to ensure that I had the right show for me...if that wasn't to be INOV8, so be it...however, both he and Jenny were extremely helpful and helped me find exactly the right shoe to suit my needs.
The bonus was they were as cheap as most outlets on the internet.
Definitely worth the journey and I will return when my road shoes need replacing.

Stumbled across this store this week. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I visited first on Tuesday and returned today when I had more time. I wasn't rushed or pushed in to any decisions.

The trainers I bought I'm especially pleased with. The designs are great as well as the shoes being designed to let your feet be in their natural position not crushed in at the toes.

Visited Inov8 Bakewell after wanting to visit for months!! Finally got there! I had a pair of Inov8s years ago, and more recently too, along with other brands. Have always found Inov8 to be an excellent running shoe for me. I was served by Leo, and Matt, who were very gracious as I tried on multiple pairs, really helpful and full of knowledge about products and trail running. Loved Leo's enthusiasm for running and sense of community. really sound company, products, and lovely staff. Thank you to Leo, Matt, and Emily! Two pairs of shoes, and a great hydration pack, and other bits. Really grateful for discount too 🙏🏼 as I bought half the shop. Tried new gear out on 8k forest run when I got home, so far so good, seeing how new shape footbed suits!!!. Five stars all round, and will be back for a coffee soon and run around Bakewell x

Fantastic customer service from Matt and Kate! We spent over 2 hours in the store, I tried on 10 pairs in the end but nothing was too much trouble. Matt took the time to listen to what I needed, and had great advice. Lovely coffee and it’s dog friendly too! We came away with 3 pairs! Thank you!
