Cashew Catering did an epic job for our wedding last week. We worked with John to create a menu for us, with 5 canapés, a 3-course meal with 2 options for each course, and evening pizza. All completely vegan and designed to reflect us as a couple. We are so happy to have trusted Cashew Catering for our day, and the food was amazing! Many of our guests couldn’t believe it was all vegan! The team catered 130 people throughout the day with professionalism and an incredible outcome, even with some obstacles to overcome with the venue kitchen behind the scenes! We are so incredibly happy to have trusted John & his team for our day 🩷

Cannot recommend enough, we used Cashew Catering for our wedding and they were brilliant from start to finish. John and his team did a fantastic job for our civil partnership. The food was delicious and everyone was very impressed, including guests who were restaurant owners and real foodies. Not only did it taste good, the canapés were works of art! Communication was excellent, John is an all round lovely guy and his team took all the stress out the day. And the cake was amazing too!

John catered a YTT week I attended and his food was absolutely delicious! I couldn't recommend him more. Vegan and gluten free, he manages to bring out the most amazing flavours. My body and tastebuds were very happy! If you're considering catering for any event, look no further!

Cashew catered for 95 people at our wedding and were excellent. The food was imaginative, very tasty and looked beautiful. They were professional and obliging from the start, making interesting menu suggestions and also responding to particular requests.

We had quite a few guests who were unfamiliar with and skeptical of vegan food. Far from not enjoying it, so many guests commented on how delicious the food was and that the canapes were the best they had ever had! It's lovely for me to hear so many people say that they would now consider going vegan for a day a week.

Finally, I'd like to thank Cashew for their excellent service. They had to cater in a barn with very limited resources and a failing light supply. Despite these challenges, they were gracious, cheerful and thoughtful throughout the whole event.

I would definitely recommend them.

John's cooking was fabulous at a writing retreat I attended recently. I'm not a vegetarian and was worried about no meat week. But his meals were varied, tasty, and creative so I didn't miss meat at all!
