We used Sarah and the team from Amuse for our wedding in June and from initial visit, tastings to clear up and on the day Sarah and the team were fantastic going above and beyond from Catering to advise and assistance in planning and preparations for the big day.

Highly recommended and would give more than 5 Stars if we could!

We used Amuse Caterers for our sons wedding in September and again for our daughters wedding last weekend. I cannot give enough praise for Sarah and her team. Both times they have been wonderful. The canapés at both weddings were exquisite with a huge range of choices. We had duck as a main course in September and lamb this time. On both occasions the quality of the food and the cooking was superb. The ability to produce 140 main courses perfectly cooked is extraordinary. Sarah is also a fantastic resource both in the planning process where she is a font of practical knowledge in helping prepare for the wedding and then she runs the whole day seamlessly therefore allowing us just to enjoy the day. I couldn't recommend them more highly

We used Amuse recently for our wedding at Wadhurst Castle and we could not recommend enough. Sarah is amazing and lovely, she made our whole experience stress free. From start to finish it was perfection. She helped choose a menu for the day that our guests cannot stop talking about! Not to mention the service was impeccable. We felt so relaxed on the day knowing that Sarah and her team were there. We would not hesitate to use them again!

Sarah and the team were friendly, communictive and professional throughout, making our big day so much easier. I would reccommend them to anyone.

We used Amuse for our wedding at Hendall Manor Barns and they were amazing. The food is delicious and it is such a delight working with Sarah who was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout. The service we received on the day was fantastic and all guests commented how the great the staff were and the tasty food. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We used Amuse for our recent wedding at Hendall Manor Barns. We cannot recommend Amuse highly enough. The food was stunning, the service provided by the team was first class. Many of our guests commented on how polite and professional the team were.
We had great fun tasting a few dishes during the planning phase.
We had to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid restrictions, but Amuse were incredibly supportive and understanding.
During Covid we ordered a few home delivery items from Amuse - their pizzas are best! The desserts are sensational!

We chose Amuse as our wedding caterers and could not be more happy - everything was exceptional from start to finish! As my husband is a chef, our guests were confident they would be eating well, but expectations were exceeded all-round. The food was restaurant quality, both in terms of flavour and presentation, and really stood out from the usual wedding fare with dishes like, "Roasted breast of guinea fowl with pearl barley, garden pea and lettuce fricassee, crispy prosciutto and crème fraiche sauce" and "Pressed apple terrine with croissant ice-cream milk purée and caramel sauce". On top of this, there were a few quirky things we wanted on the day, like margaritas with the canapes. Before I could even enquire about what type of glasses we could serve these in, Sarah was asking: a) if we would like proper margarita glasses; b) if we wanted salt on the rim and c) if we would prefer the lime garnish as a slice or wedge! As the attention to detail was so outstanding during the preparatory phase, we were probably more relaxed on the day knowing the running of the event would be faultless; even when small issues (completely unrelated to the catering) did arise, Sarah was there to offer suggestions or help iron out problems. The front of house team were also amazing and displayed just the right level of proactive-glass-refilling and canapé-offering, whilst Mike in the kitchen was happy to tweak some dishes for us and suggest some alternatives when we were originally thinking of going down a more ethnic themed route. I wouldn't hesitate to use Amuse again for and private function and can wholeheartedly recommend them!
