Super cool cafe. Coffee is good and strong as i need it. Very cool and calm atmosphere. Good service and attentive staff. Glad i visited to explore nice coffee and decent cafe.

If £10.50 for a sandwich works for you then it may be your place for lunch! The service is slow despite the 4 members of staff and the food is ok. I won’t be rushing back!

I think it's time for me to review Mincka. My partner and I have been having my coffee here since it first opened ('back in the days' lol). The very first few months at Mincka wasn't that great to be honest. I remember when my beans were over-roasted and many other misses.

HOWEVER, we were one of those customers that kept going back and Mincka did not disappoint us. The coffee improved, the services improved and it has been the one and only cafe that I recommend if you ever visit HH. Mincka has been on our weekly cafe stops - when it's not too busy.

The drinks I enjoy the most are batch brew and cold brew - these often run out though. My partner has been getting his morning cortado from here before his work calls as well. Come on Fridays if you want yummy doughnuts (also run out quickly). The cinnamon buns also worth the calories.

The only thing that can improve is to strive for the consistently great service, especially when the cafe gets EXTREMELY busy. When you guys feel overwhelmed, the place can be less welcoming ... and some people can be slightly put off by that.

Overall, visit Mincka if you visit HH. This place will give you the best coffee in town. The quality has been consistent over the years. Also, Matt's latte art is also stunning - not that I ever get any since I mostly drink black coffee. Check their IG if you want to see them.

Smoothies were delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try more, really want their chocolate orange brownie, veggie/tuna/chicken chorizo toasties. Sound so good.

I do think it’s a bit cheap I didn’t get a stamp for a £30 order, just because there was no hot drinks though. That’s a rule that should be changed as it’s expensive, plus the introduction of blue light discount.

I am very disappointed with the service.
I had misunderstood the closing time by one hour.
Realizing that the store would be closing in 10 minutes, I went to the register to have my cake packed to go.
I left my belongings and my coffee at the table, with about half of the coffee still remaining.
However, when I returned to my seat, I discovered that another staff member had taken my coffee without permission.
There was no courtesy of asking for my consent before taking it away, nor was there any offer to provide a takeaway cup.
There was also no notice about the closing time or any announcement for the last order.

Great espresso, coffee, and food options. I was very impressed. Lots of good natural light and different seating options. It's obviously a very popular spot as I watched it bustle with customers. Would certainly come back

Nice clean and friendly cafe for a coffee. Well laid out with plenty of space to either sit and chat in comfy chairs, or workspace for laptop/iPad users. Very friendly staff. Big plus that they are open early on a Sunday morning. Coffee was good. Good selection of pastries but croissant was not particularly good.

The best coffee shop in Haywards Heath! Absolutely love going to mincka, from its protein smoothies to its coffee and pastry’s, there’s something for everyone! I couldn’t recommend it enough. The decor is modern and clean and brings a lovely calm feel to the environment! The staff are all super friendly especially the manager Matt who is so accommodating and helpful! Officially my favourite coffee shop.
