Such a nice breakfast, bacon cooked to perfection, sausages are super tasty, spot on poached egg, even the mushrooms and tomatoes were just right. Great service and a warm and inviting atmosphere too. I was near the till and while eating my breakfast at least 3 or more customers/pairs decided to have their order in rather than taking it away as originally ordered, so they obviously picked up on the inviting atmosphere too.

Popped into Haywards Heath to find a cafe as we were in the area, stumbled upon Flinders and glad we did.

It’s a lovely space, with the tables well spaced out too - so you’re not on top of each other - and the ambience is relaxed and chatty but not loud. Service was attentive - friendly welcome, allowed to settle and then came to your table.

We ordered breakfast sandwiches which are two slices of sourdough bread generously filled with 2 sausages, bacon and a cheese omelette. All the ingredients were tasty and good quality and they more than filled a hole! Our accompanying coffee was great too.

All in all a great place to meet and eat and would definitely visit again if we’re up this way. Recommended!

Lovely independent cafe, it’s the place I bring my friends when I want to convince them that Haywards Heath has character and fun things to do. Staff are friendly and the food is decent. There’s a very small step down to get inside.

Not bad for the price, shame there's no fried egg option and I felt there could be slightly more attention to detail such as not having spilt water or water marks on the cutlery, cup and the table. Coffee was nice.

Been a regular here since after COVID, delicious food, lovely staff and very relaxed atmosphere! Always good portions and top quality ingredients (the good egg breakfast and the poached eggs salmon are firm favourites!🤤🍳🥓) The chairs and decor could be a bit comfier but also lovely to find a dog friendly chilled place!

The atmosphere was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The coffee was great and really hit the spot, I ended up ordering a second!

The food was equally good. There were lots of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu and every dish looked great when it came out. The portion size was just right too.
