We frequently stay at the Canterbury Whitstable Travelodge, and honestly, we love it! Every single time, we're met with such a warm welcome. The girls there are just fantastic – nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Whatever requests we have, they always go out of their way to cater for them, making our stays so easy and comfortable. We highly recommend this Travelodge; the team truly makes all the difference! and we love to see Jimmy 😉

Friendly staff and warm welcome however the accommodation wasn’t of a good standard. It was dated, grubby and very tired in appearance. The carpets needed replacing, strong plug in air fresheners masked various smells, the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work and there were signs of damage within the room. Such a shame as the staff were lovely and all bedding clean.

For the price I could not fault it, friendly, helpful staff, clean room, fresh fluffy towels and a cat to greet you at the reception. A bit out of town. Forgot my phone charger reception happy to lend me one for the duration of my stay. Would definitely stay again. Well done to all the staff.

Stayed three nights, two adults and small dog.
Check in was easy, room was clean, it had a bath and shower, overlooking the back of the hotel.
Ideal for our needs, as we had things to sort out in the area.
Didn't use it, garage with a Greg's nearby and a coffee outlet.
Front of hotel is on the busy coastal road, so some road noise to front rooms.

The rooms where normal, cleen and there was an extra bed|We didnt need 👍🏻 if i was going to rate it out of ten it will be 9.5/10 they also had a cettle with coffe and milk there is a breakfast packet insted of a free breakfast. Which was not bad,they had a greggs to next door to the hotel

Although the hotel was relatively clean there was a lot of noise from outside and in hot weather I needed the window open to keep cool. It was impossible to sleep. The bathroom fittings where corroded and lose. ||I would have liked to check in as soon as I got there as I had had a long day and wanted to rest. It was more than 5 mins before the receptionist appeared and someone in front of me had already been waiting. Hotel needs an upgrade, and maybe self check in!

Rooms are very clean and warm. Lyn checked us in swiftly and helped us a lot during our stay providing us with everything we’ve asked for. She’s an absolute gem. Car parking was free and Starbucks just next to the hotel is just very convenient.

Basic rooms. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, I had to clean the bath of soap scum and hairs before setting foot in it! Pleasant staff. Place is a little tired and could do with an over haul
