We were really impressed with the warmth and hospitality of Homelea.
Fiona is a great host and we arrived to a delicious slice of homemade lemon drizzle cake and a small glass of sherry,very civilized!
I requested a vegetarian breakfast and expected a veggie sausage but got the whole works (full veggie English) and my husband had his full English!
We were staying there, as we had a party in the next village and were even given a lift to the event!
Rooms were spacious,warm and very comfortable so all in all a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful relaxing stay. Very covid19 aware and prepared for on arrival.||Fabulous accommodation with lovely views. Great location. Fiona and Mark are perfect hosts, so welcoming and friendly and nothing too much trouble. Homemade scones on arrival were a very nice touch and delicious too! The accommodation was really comfortable and extremely well equipped all round.||The breakfast on offer was a must with a fabulous choice. ||We thoroughly enjoyed our short break and would definitely recommend staying here any time of the year. ||Thank you Fiona and Mark ! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at the Homelea B&B on Saturday night/Sunday morning. Just a few miles outside of Canterbury, but easy to find. ||Fiona & Mark were helpful and made us feel very welcome.||The room was very clean and the bed was really comfy. Breakfast was excellent, had a lovely chat with the other guests and it was lovely that Fiona and Mark joined us at the table.||Would recommend this B&B.

Having decided to brave a few days away, following the relaxation of Covid-19 restrictions, we searched the Internet for self catering accommodation that would give us a much needed change of scenery but still enable us to keep safe, and stumbled upon Homelea B & B. What a find! We couldn't have wished for a better location, more comfortable accommodation or nicer hosts. Fiona and Mark are a lovely, friendly couple who went out of their way to make sure we had the most enjoyable stay with them. The Studio Suite is lovely and very well equipped and the views over the garden and paddock are gorgeous. Location wise, Homelea is very well placed to access the whole of the stunning South East Coastline as well as the rest of the Garden of England. Highly recommended.

I stayed in the self contained apartment for 3 weeks. There is everything you need in the appartment. The bed is comfortable and the whole place was warm. Great views out to the lake and across the paddock.||Fiona and Mark really looked after me. They helped with local tips and places to go. A visit to chilham pub is a must, and ask nicely and you may get a lift. up there.||Highly recommend :-)|

We visited Pauline & Gerald's home on Christmas Eve and they couldn't have been more welcoming. We had been concerned that, since we were spending Christmas abroad, that we would get homesick, but Pauline and Gerald truly made us feel like family with their warm welcome and hospitality. Our space was so cute and breakfast was delicious. The highlight of our stay was the angelic choir performance during midnight mass at the church down the street, which featured both of our hosts! we stayed for two nights in Homelea, it was a very pleasant stay, we can recommend everyone to eat out at the white horse inn in chilham. Fiona gave us tips on the area, we ourselves have been to Canterbury, a beautiful place to visit.||||Gerard en Jolanda Andeweg, Dronten, Holland.

Homelea is an excellent place to stay. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Ideally situated for a leisurely break. Not far from Canterbury and seaside resorts. Lovely relaxing holiday. Accommodation was very clean and spacious with a lovely outlook.
