We stayed at Stable Lodge for 3 months which which was a great place to stay out in the countryside. Louise, the host was very friendly and accommodating as well as Bentley the dog was very cute. Well worth the visit for a very homely stay 👍🏻

We had a fabulous stay at Stable Lodge. Louise was welcoming, kind, considerate. She cooked an awesome full English breakfast - sausage, eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, toast, plus cereal and fruit. Totally stuffed by the end! Grounds are immense - great for children. The Lodge is roomy with a wood burner in the main area with bedrooms and shower rooms both on the ground floor and first floor. Super comfortable beds made for a good nights sleep. Hope to return soon

The lodge is a sanctuary surrounded by lovely, green gardens. My bed was extremely comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. . Breakfast was nice and relaxed and the host, Louise, was really pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Located about 9 kilometres out of Canterbury, Stable Lodge is a retreat from the hustle and bustle.

I stayed at the lovely Stable Lodge for 2 nights whilst visiting my daughter who is at Uni in Canterbury . Louise owns this beautiful property and she called the day before I was due, to get an idea of my check -in time but I was travelling for more than 5 hours it was difficult to be accurate . We arranged for a spot for me to collect my key if she was out and when I arrived she had written me a note explaining I could choose my bedroom as I was the only guest staying that night . I chose the very snuggy twin room upstairs which was great . The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom next door was clean and modern . In the morning I came down for breakfast and was greeted by the lovely Louise and sat in the dining room . A really fantastic breakfast including fresh fruit and yogurt , cereals and then full English which was beautifully presented and all good local produce . Louise was chatty and helpful throughout my stay and I would highly , highly recommend you stay at Stable Lodge for a friendly warm welcome , great rooms and a fantastic breakfast

We had a comfortable stay. Nice, quiet, comfy room with an en suite shower room, which was well fitted out. Beds very comfortable with nice fresh bed linen. Tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk in a small flask. A couple of bottles of bottled water also provided. |The breakfast was plentiful, good variety and the cooked breakfast was fresh, well cooked and a good selection. |The owner was welcoming, accommodating and really helpful. Very nice, relaxing stay.

The Stable Lodge is a nice place to stay over night. The house is looking very beautiful and the breakfast is very good. Although the rooms are very comfortable. The garden is very huge and there's also a great pool. The B&B is perfect for young and old people.

Lovely stay. Made really welcome from owner Louise from the moment we arrived a real home from home. Clean and well equipped accommodation and breakfast was lovely well cooked and plenty of choice she couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely go back if in that area again as love Canterbury. Totally recommend nothing negative I could say about it. Thanks alof.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Louise was most accommodating and very happy to advise on places to visit. Breakfast was excellent, a lovely full English with all locally sourced produce. Stable Lodge is ideally located for visiting all major places. I will certainly look forward to returning again.
