I had my first visit to Surrey Hills Reflexology after a friend bought me a voucher for my birthday and what a treat it was! I had such a wonderful 90 minute massage & reflexology treatment. Lou has a lovely set up; a warm and calm room with lovely aesthetics and her treatment was top notch. She used massage techniques that were new to me; really relaxing also working on the necessary areas.
Lou was warm and friendly. She has a brilliant IG page, that she actively posts on. I look forward to returning soon!

I have known Lou 40 years and have never come across a more talented therapist. My kids have flown the nest and it is time now for me and some self care .. I book in every two months for the best 90 minutes ever .. I have a trapped nerve in my neck and she works on that like no other .. her hands are like magic and offering bespoke treatments is simply perfect. If you only do one thing for yourself .. book a treatment with Lou … you can thank me later for the recommendation ❤️

I’m always skeptical when I see Before & After shots from any treatments, but after two shorts weeks of use, I’m pleasantly surprised by the results. My skin feels so soft and healthier overall, which is exactly what I needed after a breakout. The LED treatment seems to have rejuvenated my skin! Thanks Lou, I’ll definitely add this in to my monthly reflexology treatment, I’ve loved the 30minutes of soothing music and my own thoughts 🩷

Like always, a visit to Lou is such an incredibly relaxing experience and a little oasis in the chaos of life. In the last 6 months, I have been to Lou five or six times and love the calm little cabin with no one else around like a beauty shop normally does.
The first couple of visits were for pregnancy massages and reflexology which I highly recommend in those long last couple of months of pregnancy!
The ones that followed were a very very appreciated gift from my partner to help me relax after the baby came (Indian head massage, full body massage and facial). For anyone looking to spoil someone or yourself, this is the perfect gift! Lou is so lovely to talk to and adapts the experience to suit your needs. Can’t recommend it enough. I have already booked my next massage ❤️

Probably the best massage I've had and didn't know I needed it so much. Lou has magic hands and knows what your body needs and will tailor the treatment to match. I walked on feeling tight and stiff and left feeling light and very relaxed.

Lou was OUT OF THIS world in delivering the very best 2hr full body treatment for our darling mum for her birthday. She came away floating on air. I’ve been visiting Lou at Surrey Hills Reflexology regularly for over 6 months now and she is wonderful! Lou is such a warm, kind and welcoming person and each appointment is very relaxing and carefully thought out with her bespoke touches to each treatment.
