This is a great place to shop for plants. They have a huge selection, and I found a beautiful one to take home. The prices are reasonable, and they also have lots of other garden goodies. Plus, there's a nice cafe and plenty of parking. I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

My Wife and I have always loved coming down and today she especially enjoyed her coffee more than usual, today she said to me that her coffee was different, which I asked what was so different about it and her answer was she felt it was silky and she just wanted to take her time to enjoy her coffee and tasty food.
You are all amazing and very welcoming, this is why we always come back.
We noticed a new face on your coffee machine and we wanted to extend our thanks. So sorry we don't know her name but whatever she does when making coffee, keep it up 👍. Great addition to a wonderful team. Thank you always for your continued warm hospitality. !!!

More baristas needed! 30 minute wait for our hot drinks and the cake because they send them out together. Then the coffee was cold and had to be returned. Even your staff said you don't have enough baristas. Hot food came and was eaten before people got their drinks - madness. Sadly, our experience 2 months ago was the same. We won't be back.
Some of the other reviews are the same from 6 months ago. The money they could make if the service was good. We were at our table for an hour, which was meant to be a quick stop!
No point doing a nice refurb if the customer service has been lost.

Took my elderly Dad here for a cup of tea and cake. Both were very nice. However access for the disabled is terrible! It's a long walk around to the cafe when they could just put a gate near the main entrance onto the terrace. To leave you have to walk through the whole shop, past the tills to the exit. My Dad's almost 90 and has a stick and really struggled. He was exhausted by the time we got to the car. Won't be visiting again unfortunately.

Visited today for lunch with my son and husband. Loads of free parking, which is shared with the discovery land area.
Garden centre was small with a large cafe that had indoor and outdoor seating.
I had a jacket which was nice and my husband a sandwich. Nothing amazing but fine. Came with a side salad that was sadly smothered in olive oil.
They do a kids' menu of hot food and a sandwich type lunch box.
There was a play area outside the cafe with seats, which was nice. There was works going on, but once finished, I'm sure it would be lovely.
We had a nice lunch, quick play, and then headed onto Priory Park in Reigate to feed the ducks, play football, and play in the park.

We’ve been coming here for years for breakfast/brunch and it’s changed for the worst. There is a new chef and he got rid of the vegetable sausages as everything needs to be “made on premise”. The new veggie breakfast pales in comparison - overcooked poached eggs, nasty boiled kale, tofu? Please just stick to what you do well. The beef burger my wife had was overcooked and dry, she nearly choked it was so tough. To add to the disappointment we had to wait about 40 mins for our food. Honestly get it together new chef you’ve turned a good place bad. I’ll be reluctant to come here again.

🧑‍💼Nice helpful staff to answer queries. 🪴Large selection of indoor, outdoor plants and seeds . 💷 I haven't researched or compared extensively but it looks to be reasonably priced. ⛏️ The usual collection of garden tools and 🐦‍⬛ bird feed etc available.

Check out the photos 👇. Hit 👍 if this helps 🤠

Stopped here before entering Discovery Land. There are a lot of parking spaces here so shouldn't be an issue finding a space.

The cafe was quite busy but still had tables available when we visited at the weekend. There was only one till so there was a bit of queue to order, but otherwise the service was good. The coffee cake was excellent (even called for second portions) and the coffee itself was good. The breakfasts looked ok too.

The garden centre isn't too large and had some interesting and unusual items. But if I went back, it would have to be for the cake.
