While visiting Brightlingsea, I went for dinner at Joy's on a Friday night and had a delicious meal. We ordered three curries, two noodles, and spring rolls and everything was cooked wonderfully - fresh and full of flavour. The restaurant was busy with customers and take away orders so there was a little wait for the food but no issue for us.
Joy is so friendly and lovely to talk to. You can feel the warmth when you enter her restaurant and feel the love she's poured into her business. Would definitely recommend!

I was just here with my partner. This place is an absolute gem. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious Thai food.

We’re both vegetarian - had vegetarian prawn crackers (we were the first ones to try them), spring rolls, red and green curry + rice. Everything was SO tasty.

We were well looked after, the customer service was lovely, the food came quickly and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

It was a JOY to eat there. We will visit again and recommend to others!
