Initially, I approached Prop to help me with the back and under bar layout for a new cocktail bar. After the preliminary meeting, it was apparent that Robbie’s accumulative knowledge and experience was extensive. The service he provides is bespoke and flexible, and more importantly, he listens to the brief and suggested options on all areas of the business. He understands the mechanics of what makes a drinking establishment successful. His bar consultancy solutions so far have included advice on the ergonomics of the bar along with creating the design layout, procurement and product sourcing, and the creation of an innovative drinks menu of cocktails, signature cocktails, beers, spirits and wines. He’s also a bit of a yellow pages when it comes to contacts. Whether you need a cutting edge graphic designer or an audio and lighting expert, Robbie has a number. To add to his one-stop-hospitality-shop status, his pop-up bar service is ace. If you’re organising an event, big or small (he’s done a friend’s hen event and a house party for me), Robbie will take care of everything from bar equipment, staff (the best mixologists in town), stock, menus and music. In short, for any type of drink related party event, pick Prop.

I have worked with Prop on numerous occasions, notably Pride weekend for 2 years running. Great service, technical know how and prep before the event. Highly recommend for mobile bar and bar staff and other elements of event management - Robbie is flexible, takes the strain and delivers the goods. High level of service and attention to detail.

PROP provided the bar at our 3 Green Spaces Dog Show this year and were amazing.

The Bar and its massive canopy brought a much more professional look to things. Robbie and his team thought of everything, Pimms was probably the best seller along with local craft beers, cider and wine.

I couldn't believe how quickly everything was set up, they just seemed to appear from nowhere and likewise at the end, gone.

They really added to our day, staff were wonderful and our visitors certainly made the most of what was on offer.

We didn't have to worry about buying stock, glasses, ice or the event licence, PROP did everything. I would thouroughly recommend them and we will certainly be using them again for our next event.
