My first stay at the hotel and I was very impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff were. They really made me feel welcome and comfortable.

I had an evening meal in the restaurant and I was pleased with the quality of the food served.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold food and it was serviced often by staff. I would have liked more fresh fruit though.

Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Just returned from 2 nights stay at Aloft Birmingham with my family and we were a family of 4. The room was surprisingly spacious for all of us (albeit we were out most the of day). The room and rest of hotel was very clean and it had a decent size gym. But I want to particularly commend the youngish Asian Mgr overseeing the restaurant on both Saturday and Sunday as well as the pretty Asian server (I think her name is Subni, sorry if I got it wrong as I didn't want to rude and stare too long at her name badge). The hotel was full all weekend so breakfast time was also very busy. All the staff in the restaurant were pleasant and efficient but the Mgr and Subni were particularly attentive and kind. Deducted one star for location as the hotel is a little distance from town center but definitely provide value for money.

Great hotel located within easy reach of Birmingham's attractions and museums etc.
Can not pick out a member of staff as all were extremely polite and very helpful. Good choice for breakfast nice comfy dining space. Good choice of evening meals and reasonably priced for a hotel of this quality. Comfortable room with plenty of room and a fridge. Two chairs in the room would be helpful

This hotel is clean and quiet. The rooms are clean, the bed is so comfortable, and the rooms are cold. The breakfast was okay but could be better. The location is amazing; it’s a few minutes away from the city center. I’d say this hotel is one of the best hotels you could find in Birmingham.

Wonderful stay! Dog-friendly in a way that dogs can be brought for free and the hotel arranges a dog bed and bowl upon arrival.
Breakfast also great. There’s a buffet but you can make special requests for the kitchen as well. You can take your dog with you and have breakfast in a designated area.

Came for a conference. Didn't stay overnight. But the day facilities were great, lunch was horrible and tasty, and nice refreshments available throughout the day. Staff very polite and helpful. Parking available nearby. Only issue being the city centre is totally dug up at present and road signs not clear.... but this is nothing the venue can change.

I’ve stayed here twice in the last 6 months and had a fantastic experience both times. Amazing staff, rooms are clean and tidy as well as spacious. Breakfast is top notch as well! Would highly recommend!
