My friend and I booked in for a last-minute “Couples Massage” and we were not disappointed! Charlotte & Glenn both have such kind and calming energy and are great at what they do. Glenn gave me some tips regarding some tension in my neck/shoulder, which was informative and helpful. The Yard is such a cool place with a great vibe and hózhó Wellness space is truly beautiful. Highly recommend and will most definitely be returning!

Hózhó came highly recommended by a friend of mine, and I can totally see why as I am that person now recommending to others! The decor, ambiance and of course massages themselves were all exceptional. I have had massages from both Charlotte and Glenn, they are both incredible at what they do and have healing hands. Really beautiful massage I was feeling super sensitive and emotional at the appointment Charlotte tailored the massage to what I needed and I felt so calm and relaxed afterwards. The studio is beautifully decorated calm and welcoming nestled in the back lanes of Brighton

I had the most incredible pregnancy massage from Charlotte here before Christmas. The decor and ambience of the space make you feel relaxed before you get on the massage table. I loved the big white draping curtains.
Charlotte really listened to my needs and made me feel really relaxed and comfortable which is difficult at 8months pregnant.
Throughout the treatment I felt well cared for and supported. I like lots of pressure and felt Charlotte balanced that with keeping me relaxed and at ease at the same time.
That night I had the most wonderful deep sleep.
I'm looking forward to coming back!

I had a massage with Glenn today, it was the best massage I’ve ever had! I feel he really understood what my body needed and paid attention to the areas where they needed it most. I loved it so much I got my boyfriend a gift card so that he can experience it too. I will definitely be returning, and I left with a muscle balm which smells divine too! 🌟

Brought my friend in for his birthday last weekend - cannot recommend enough. Been for a handful of massages over the years, and this easily clears every experience I have had. Glenn demonstrated so much care, expertise and patience - before, during and after the massage. Each space is beautifully decorated and clearly crafted with love. Will definitely be returning!
