The main point is that the sandwiches I've had (3) have all been good and if I need lunch and am close, I'll go back.

The sandwiches are good but not mind-bendingly so. I've had mind bending sandwiches that I remember every bite of. These aren't that but they are fine for lunch if you're around the area.

Nothing is bad about Sam Widges at all but there is no atmosphere to speak or when you go in (one of the criteria Google asks you to review). It just feels as it should; a place where you wait for someone to make you a sandwich. The photos on the wall of how Calne used to look are interesting.

Been getting baguettes and sandwiches from Sam Widges for years and have never had an issue, food is always super tasty and fresh, bread baked multiple times a day so always fresh and tasty! All ingredients are fresh and super tasty! Never expensive! Usually get 2 1/2 baguettes for about £5

Always drive past first time I popped in and I will definitely be back. Amazing fresh baguette. I went for spicy chicken… the celery was a nice touch. Thanks again 🙂

Best sandwich ever. All freshly prepared on site and you can tell. the team are really friendly and obviously take great pride in their work. Coffee here is really excellent. A sandwich from here is a real treat I recommend either of the chicken fillings. Delicious

Bloody brilliant. My husband said it was the best sandwich he has ever had. Great prices and wonderful flap jacks. Oh and first class service on a very very busy Calne Bike Meet Saturday.

I've been here 3 times now and the quality of service has been great every time! Always a breakfast baguette I have and so does my partner and we love them! They do serve other baguettes too.
