Everything is cosy and welcoming about this lovely b&b just outside Newark on Trent.. i have stayed here a number of weeks through work and I am very comfortable, the host Margaret is friendly and welcoming. And the rooms are immaculately clean and tidy..

My partner & i checked in with Meg on fri 24th Nov, for our weekend stay to celebrate my 45th birthday. We were suprised on how lovely the room was a large double bed with lovely bedding. A full size wardrobe & bedside tables. Then a little living area with 2 comfy chairs tv & coffee table. The kitchenette has a sink fridge kettle & microwave with tea towel washing up liquid provided. Tea coffee biscuits all provided. Then own private bathroom bath & shower with toiletries & towels provided. Now onto the breakfast cereal bacon roll yoghurt small bowl fruit croissant with jam & butter & tea was yummy & Meg delivers it to your door each morning at a time to suit you between 7.30/9am. The garden is also a lovely touch especially in summer own private table & chairs. We highly recommend. Mins from Newark centre. 30mins from Lincoln centre 1hr 15mins to Skegness.|Only downside wifi not very strong signal. Thanks Meg for a wonderful stay x

I travel throughout the UK changing accomadation most weeks throughout the year and I must say acers studio for the price is the best digs I've ever had! Self contained studio completely private with great facilities. Bed was so Comfortable,the shower was excellent and the muffins at breakfast were delicious. Great takeaways near by and a 2 minute walk to a supermarket perfect for anyone stopping for work. I will be returning in the near future I'd rather stay at acers and drive half an hour to a job each morning. Great place, thankyou.

Spent two nights here with wife lovely accommodation and host Meg. Very clean and everything you required. Had no problems with WIFI was in middle apartment. Had breakfast brought to door by Meg bacon rolls,croissants,fresh fruit,yogurt,tea/coffee,boiled eggs and cereal and at the time you requested. Brilliant service couldn't fault anything about our stay if we're back in the area I will definitely be staying here again. Thankyou

Were do I start, we arrived at the time stated, we received a lovely and warm welcome from the owner. She showed a genuine interest in why we were visiting that area. Accommodation tastefully decorated and furnished with good quality items, bed was amazing. The property was immaculate, we wanted for nothing. We had an excellent nights sleep, breakfast arrived at the agreed time, well what a breakfast, cereals, orange juice, tea, bacon rolls, mixed fruit salads, yoghurts and croissants, butter and jam. We would definitely recommend this proprietor, we will stay again if we visit that part of the country for any reason. I little gem in my mind.

Just stayed here over bank holiday weekend. It was absolutely faultless, clean, bright, homely, comfortable, peaceful and totally worth every penny.||Meg bent over backwards and nothing was too much trouble at all. Breakfast brought to your door every morning, all freshly done. I even asked if she could do me a sausage roll for breakfast at which she clearly went the extra mile and made happen the following morning. ||The garden is lovely and peaceful, offering a space to relax and unwind. 4 pubs in the area to choose from with a Lidl and Sainsbury's too. Bathroom was modern and clean, kitchenette perfect size with toaster, microwave, sink, cutlery and ice cold fridge perfect for storing a beer or 2! ||Absolutely faultless and will return next year!!

A lovely place to stay -and very reasonably priced. A good sized room with comfy bed and easy chairs and little kitchenette. But breakfast arrives on a tray in the morning! Also a bath rather than just a shower. Only problem for those without transport is that bus service doesn't run in evening or on Sunday.

Excellent accommodation. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped. We couldn't fault anything. All very efficient, from the moment of booking to the time of departure. Breakfast over and above expectations. Would recommend highly, and stay again.
