This is a superb place, “home away from home“. Sue could not be more welcoming and accommodating. She cooked delicious full English breakfast for us each morning and nothing was too much trouble for her. Weasel Lodge is a really nice property. The guest rooms have own access and feel very private. Great location for day trips to Lincoln and Newark. The Royal Oak in the village is wonderful.

What a charming, quirky little gem of a place. So much nicer than a faceless hotel room! Sue could not have been any more welcoming and friendly and she cooks a great breakfast,too. Very peaceful setting, woke up each morning to the sounds of birdsong and the beautiful village is a lovely place to have a walk. Thanks for looking after us so well. X

Love this place! I'm reluctant to share the lodge with you as I want it all to myself!! My work takes me to Newark a few times every month and I always try and stay with Sue and Quinny. Fantastic hosts and a great place to stay. There a local pub on the corner, great Chinese restaurant, co-op if you need any bits and really close to the main A roads. Highly recommended!

An absolute gem of a find. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere and fabulous hosts (Sue makes a fantastic cooked breakfast!). A unique focal point is the spiral staircase from the private lounge up to the bedrooms & bathroom. Need to find another reason to stay over, loved my time here.

Brilliant. Comfortable, clean quiet and cosy. Loads of extras, excellent communication and very friendly and accommodating hostess. Will not hesitate to recomend. Very convenient to Newark showground and plenty of local eateries in village. Breakfast was lovely. Good internet, parking and plenty to do in the vicinity. Ideal for a base to explore the lovely countryside and villages.

Cosy, self contained apartment. Living room, dining area for breakfast, large bedroom with en-suite shower room. Extra family room if needed. Off road parking. Dog friendly. Very friendly hosts; nothing too much trouble. Good breakfast. Only caution, spiral staircase to bedroom.

Never been to collingham stopped over after segway afternoon at thorsby hall the village has gone but Chinese in the pub amazing Weasel lodge quirky homely great host breakfast set us up for the day hope to go back worth a vist
